  1. Bro, I was a 20k nation surrounded by 50-125k nations for over 2 years but I wasn't a second class citizen. It's all in how you roleplay. If you're not confident in your abilities you then this is a good chance to practice.
  2. I can't tell if you're trolling right now or not, but THAT'S WHAT YOU CAN'T DO! Please try to understand that in CNRP we are trying to compromise by giving up all our land and history so that people can have a truly collaborative rp that ignores past conflicts and rivalries in hopes that people above 50k ns don't have to feel like second class citizens. What you're doing negates all that.
  3. Tywin I don't think you understand and I don't know how to explain it to you, but you can't tell people they aren't allowed to spawn next to you because of their NS. The idea is that you would create your country and other people could spawn next to you. Not you create a continent then hand out parcels of land to people based on their NS.
  4. I don't think we're making it a rule that people over a certain NS can't spawn where they want. If you want to group together with some blow 50k people and create a continent then fine, but I can't promise someone with 50,001NS won't want to roll in beside you.
  5. Melech your map skills need major help. But that perfectly illustrates the idea as I understand it.
  6. I feel like you're over thinking this. The idea isn't to create a copy of cnrp2 that protects the small guys and restricts the large guys. However it gives smaller nations the opportunity to spawn near each other and provide collective security against external threats.
  7. Again large nations are being treated unfairly. Ultimately you have the choice to spawn wherever you want. If you don't want to spawn by someone with 100k NS then you don't have to.
  8. I don't like the idea that larger nations have to be constrained just because they're larger. Of course I'm bias, but I think the original map idea is better than anything so far.
  9. Dude, I for one don't give a damn about what you did in CNRPrime. Good enough? edit: I don't understand this point system you guys have going. Simplify it some for me.
  10. Scolar Visari and Kaiser Martens are the Hitlers of cnrp. Mogar is more like the Emperor Hirohito. Yeah you dun goofed, but you can still be our friend.
  11. I like this idea, but I also think we should be open to amending the rules a little. I'd like to see the multipliers simplified. Also I really love the map idea. Who came up with it? :v
  12. I've always been partial to a puzzle type map where nations try to fit together like pieces of a puzzle. For instance I could draw a map of my country that's shaped like south America, and Melech could come along and place his country in the shape of Africa next to mine. Where there's empty space could be lakes, or white space for someone to just plop down in if they want. This way you can be on any continent you want with whatever country/ethnicity you want and we can still have geopolitical rp. It's a little complicated but I think it might be fun to try.
  13. I feel your pain Mogar I really do, but in all honesty Russia only cares about Sierra Leone because of the Afro-Russian party and our economic/military/trade agreements. I don't know why other people care, maybe they're more altruistic, but Russia is in it purely for the gains/potential gains. On a side note, if you're implying I'm in the nordic club, I am highly offended! I hated nordic way before it was cool to hate nordic.
  14. I understand where PD is coming from, he knows where he wants to rp, I know I wouldn't want to rp if I couldn't have western Russia. And there seems to be a pattern that people who lose wars thereby lose all their territory. I know it sucks, but there are success stories out there. If you can find them, look at archived maps. When Greater Nordland existed I rp'd the western half of Russia, then the next day I completely forced out into Kazakhstan, but through diplomacy, capable allies and a fair amount of patience I rebuilt. And no, I did not have the raw stats back then that I have today. The problem I see is everyone wants to be a land rich, superpower just right now but it is not that easy. It does take time and you will have to make concessions. That is just how I feel about all this. P.S. Don't reset the map. Abolish it! Then everyone can rp wherever they want.
  15. Russia supports these measures, but we need to also consider that we are not in the position to be making demands when it comes to harshly restricting Draka's military abilities yet. On all other measures, we agree, Draka must comply.
  16. "While I agree with the Norse representative that swift and decisive action must be taken, I would like to make a note that unlike Athens, Tianxia and Prussia, the Russian Empire has kept the option of unilateral intervention on the table, but the fact remains that do not have the resources to fight a war halfway across the globe. Furthermore your snide remarks and self-righteous attitude are not welcome. If you want to organize a coalition, then by all means, do so, but don't hurl snide remarks at us, when nobody here, besides Russia has even pledged support to Draka's victims."
  17. "I think the conclusion here is obvious. A country developed nuclear weapons even thought the UNSC passed a resolution developing those weapons. Either Draka used the weapon or they lost control of it and it fell into the hands of a terror organization. What other conclusions could this wildly ineffective organization draw?"
  18. "Russia vehemently denounces the use of nuclear weapons! If this were were really about quelling a rebellion and not a thinly veiled attempt to wipe out millions of people then there would be no need to use mankind's most devastating weapons."
  19. "Perhaps this situation could have been avoided if the UNSC hadn't failed to act against what is clearly an aggressive and expansionist foreign policy. Who will they target next? Sierra Leone? Russia? God forbid they point their missiles at the mighty Athens and Tianxia."
  20. The "defendants" should just admit their guilt and commit ritualistic suicide for the peanut gallery. (I'm looking at you Eva and Horo, you crazy weeaboos!)
  21. I'm going to tell you guys what my mom always told me, "just ignore him" -Justinian the Mighty, Mom of CNRP.
  22. We will remember that when Russia requested the Security Council's help in a matter of our national interest, our closest allies Athens and Tianxia, ignored our plea for help. We will if necessary take unilateral action to ensure a swift end and return to normalcy.
  23. "Sierra Leone thought it was standing up for an oppressed regime. No matter how you frame Drake-Cape War, Russia cannot ignore the fact that Sierra Leone's actions were well intended. Its it no longer the responsibility of this body to ensure peace and stability in the world? Or are those lofty ideals this organization represents merely platitudes? We have a responsibility to create lasting peace in Africa and if we refuse to act then we don't deserve to call ourselves a Security Council."
  24. "The Sierra Leoneans are our allies and we will not abandon them. However we would like to know what egregious act by Sierra Leone does the omniscient intelligence agency of Athens know about that would support a claim of 'self-defense?' Because we know of none."
