  1. Very interesting. It feels like it's been a while since someone who knew what they were doing started their own AA completely from scratch. The no charter or flag is a nice touch though lol. Good luck!
  2. I could respond with the obvious, you nuked me almost every day and I didn't get a single one through since JF had more tech and better odds (and also out damaged you by a lot). You also declared massively downhill while I was helping KoRT with two other wars. However, you fought well and good luck to you. P.S. You guys are all like, really good at this, so I'll definitely give you props for making CCC's job way harder than Polar did.
  3. You made me nervous, I completely forgot to check the stats on the Dajobo war she was also fighting at the same time but it's even worse. You're right though, the Fark guy with one active war and a 5k tech + 8k infra advantage did manage 54% damage dealt, I'll give him credit. Not avoiding anything, I just thought it would be fun to praise Shergz a bit for spoiling Grub's fun.
  4. I thought it was funny that Grub took a shot at the CCC Mom (and Chancellor Emeritus and long-time owner) and... lost pretty soundly. I think this qualifies as champion warfare, right? I'll be looking for NpO's surrender soon.
  5. 2,929 Don't call it a comeback!
  6. We've got the whole war to meet up again, I thought I'd make a few new friends first Feel free to dump some tech and come say hey! The grass is much greener down here in the 50k NS range
  7. I keep forgetting you guys are all waiting on me to make your formal announcements for you. Well I'm sorry to report that CCC and Fark are still very much at war, and officially neither side has offered surrender, peace, or even invitations to the beer review - I went and grabbed some IPAs from my local microbrewery and everything! I did notice that almost half of the 6 new wars Fark declared in the last week were some grumpy old man hitting a few of our pending members for whatever reason, and I assumed it just meant you were already bored, but maybe that's just your way of offering peace? I can't tell, but I'm sure the whole approach is very clever and very meme-y and I'm just not cool enough to get it.
  8. Lol I thought it was a decent effort at trying to follow the rules and not get explicitly meta about "the game" and such, but that's a fair critique. You oughtta hang out more often in the fancy new Discord embassy that Alexio recommended I make for you guys. It'd be nice to have these broad philosophical discussions in a place other than a thread about how you're going to obliterate us and our allies (unless you apparently choose not to unleash your full force on us? which would certainly be an interesting tactic both militarily and politically).
  9. At this point, I refuse to believe that anyone is still here in this hellhole of a world we call Bob just for the sake of existence. Instead, I think you've missed (deliberately or otherwise) the primary mechanic driving all of this: the community. Everyone I know who still logs in every 25 days just to keep their nation alive isn't doing it because they're waiting for that one perfect war to end it all, or because this is some perfect simulation of being the ruler of a nation, but because they have a strong sentimental attachment to the friends they've made and the fun they've had in this insane community that they're not ready to let it come to an end. The reason certain alliances don't attack others isn't because there's some game mechanic preventing them from breaking a treaty, but because people have friends (or are friends with people who have friends) with other people behind those treaties that they don't want to antagonize or drive away with war. Everything else is just a formality - the official rules that govern the world in which we operate, and guide the way our community evolves around it. Maybe war is the only formality remaining that provides even the slightest, fleeting feeling of excitement anymore, but that doesn't make it the end-all be-all. Some of us are here to try to help organize little alliance governments and run an IA department. Some of us are genuinely here just to amass unholy amounts of tech. Some have been here so long and played so much, and simply want to be online when Bob finally does its Big Crunch and comes to an end. It's all the same - just a way that the player chooses to engage with the formalities of this world - and it's all equally valid. P.S. I respect that you're still on here telling alliances how you can single-handedly run them out of the game, but you might first want to pay a bit more attention to the three nearly-dead alliances that you blitzed but can't even out-anarchy.
  10. This isn’t exactly what I had in mind for a formal DoW, but you know what, I’ll take it.
  11. Based on the 28 defensive wars and counting that were added to our alliance members in the last 48 hours, as well as the few in-game PMs that were exchanged with oneeightytwo, the Christian Coalition of Countries has determined that we are definitely, most likely, 100% probably at war with Fark. As such, the CCC is officially recognizing hostilities with Fark; although, if we're being honest, it's a formality that is quickly feeling a bit antiquated in a war that is now without a CB and a DoW. 12. Now you’re just plagiarizing HoT’s post. Unbelievable! Anyway, welcome to the party. Hope you’ll join the gang for some lighthearted trolling as we bash some pixels out of each other!
  13. We noticed. It helped that they gave us a nice heads up about the counter last night, although I expected it to be a little more...coordinated.
  14. I'm just glad to see you finally got online to buy your soldiers back. Even some of the smaller KoRT folks you hit last week were having a bit of fun last night.
  15. Just you all wait, we've got about 2 or 3 more coming tomorrow!
  16. As one of the older alliances left in the game, the Christian Coalition of Countries has an interesting political history. The Frozen Holy Water Pact was once a treaty under which we followed New Polar Order into numerous wars, yet now we watch as they lay siege to one of our longstanding allies. If our history has shown anything, it’s that we will honor an allegiance and a friendship no matter the foe or how long the odds. Today, we follow the Knights of the Round Table into battle. CCC declares war on NpO. Signed, The CCC Provisional Council lilweirdward, Speaker Jesusfreak Yeshua Soloman
  17. As long as you imagine Grub as his cranky Warhammer avi, then hopefully this does the trick. Couldn't think of anything clever below it though 😕
