  1. An alliance with few existing political attachments can make good allies. Also even if I wrecked the guy who was in range of me, overall WAPA fought good in the PoSSE/WAPA War. So I can see the appeal in signing with them & maybe their moment to shine just hasn't come yet.
  2. Congrats to both alliances, nice to see this signed. o7 Polaris o7 WAPA Both quality fighters.
  3. I loved that series, one of the few Animes I started reading the manga to find out what happens after it ends. So I preferred the Griffith one because of that. I didn't recognize the new one either.
  4. Eventually you need to question what purpose you contributing to keep the thread alive serves. ISX has had its revolution from Junka's reign, best to let this thread die. Let Galerion decide when the next ISX thread will be & focus on killing Rey quietly in the background.
  5. FTW is alliance who did nothing as you guys got attacked by CnG & others. Also the FTW Treaty is just a renewal of old policy decided by you, resigning an ODP with them.
  6. Enjoy your retirement & the war on your way. Although calling it your death ground & saying you would ensure their continued existence seems a bit contradictory. Your problems seems you're unable to relinquish leadership to anyone motivated enough to take over to bring real change; with Galerion more suited for a support gov role. Since you resigned we haven't seen Galerion make any announcements or have any success showing ISX's leadership has really changed. No decisions have been made by him to try changing ISX's standing in world & I'm not sure he would be able to. For this resignation stunt to work, people would need to see you are willing to relinquish control & bring in leadership with new ideas for the future of ISX; rather than just a continuation of the status quo.
  7. After the Karma War; The Citadel was situated perfectly to become the next hegemony. TOP/Umbrella/FCC/Argent were all very high NS alliance & strong fighters. Also The Citadel had strong ties to many alliances who fought on the side of Karma; with IRON still being close with TOP after the war & getting closer with the rest of The Citadel. The Citadel had no threats, so the only way The Citadel would be able to flex any of its power would be warring a potential future threat. The Citadel had alliances who had ties with Superfriends, CnG & most bloc who fought on Karma; so The Citadel was in a very strong position post war. However Frostbite created by Ivan Moldavi seemed to be a bloc not aligned with The Citadel & likely to oppose us if they gathered enough power. Since the position The Citadel was post war would need to be cemented with action & leadership. Even though Frostbite was no match for The Citadel; I traded some barbs with Ivan Moldavi on OWF to maybe stir the pot a bit The founder who conspired to get me to resign or voted out freaked out I would say anything confrontational on OWF & maybe spark some activity. Ivan Moldavi was disguised anyone in my gov would try to undermine me in public when I was taking it upon myself to make the place more interesting in good fun; he put a lot of effort into recruiting after I resigned from FCC. Ended up joining NSO ironically & fought with them throughout the entire BiPolar War. Although our Citadel allies all fully supported me & relations with all of Citadel was stronger than ever after I became King. My resignation came to a big shock to them & threw the balance in The Citadel out of whack. However I had not resigned from the FCC; its possible The Citadel could have been the emerging Hegemony after the Karma War.
  8. Once upon a time in Russia... Russia's Greatest Love Machine...
  9. As far as I know; another position to fill the role of the King was never created; in addition to there never being another King chosen. When Neuromancer7 announced the disbanding of The Citadel; it was just signed by the Directors. So functionally it must have been more similar to how it was before the new Charter establishing it as a Monarchy; where there was no clear leader & everything was just voted on. For The FCC: fearthefish, Director of War rich333, Director of Interior Neuromancer7, Director of Foreign Affairs
  10. 6 months after the Karma War; the FCC had no enemies. NPO had already been defeated, hitting them while they were down was never in our interests. After I stepped down due to not being as active as I was Post-Karma & I was convinced somebody was motivated to take spot; the alliance died a slow death due to lack of leadership. As it turned the one who convinced me he would take my place had just been put up to convincing me he had the ambition to take over by a founder who was paranoid I might get the FCC into more wars. I was the first & last King FCC ever had; with the alliance undefeated & strongly positioned until I resigned to let someone else takeover who wasn't up to the job.
  11. A defeatist attitude like taking as many down as you can before being forced out wouldn't exist with me; I would make sure I exterminate my enemies before I'm done. Nobody can "force" you out if you guys wanting to keep fighting past ZI; so that's a silly mindset to have. If you lead the alliances towards a fight until ZI against the countless alliances you call the "Barbarians"; then what's next is for you to decide & if there are possible alternatives. If everybody being ZIed is when you think your alliance would be "forced" out; does that you mean you disband the alliance then? Or do you keep fighting until every member deletes from inactivity as how you'd measure being forced out? I doubt most of your alliance would appreciate you choosing they're all "forced out"; rather than you try compromising a way to save them.
  12. I'm not sure who they even are, although your rise to leadership is what comes to mind as an example of SNX in desperate need for leadership & deciding on bringing you in since they didn't think it could get any worse. Diplomatically ISX is pretty much dead and in a downward spiral; I doubt you have anybody within the alliance who can pull you guys out. ISX has no allies to defend you guys, nobody wants to sign with you guys & many want to roll ISX. So I can't think of many fates worse than joining ISX; somebody is just setting themselves up for constant invasions & never growing out of the lower tier if they do. Although I know your ego would never allow you hand the leadership over to me; but just throwing the idea out; as an example of how to avoid a war of extermination against ISX (If that is what you feel like this has become.) Personally I would never join ISX (Or sign with you guys) unless it was the purpose of reshaping it into something better. After all the improvement I did for PoSSE as I reformed it into Aevrum got undone when somebody clueless & disloyal booted me despite my rank as King; that has also made me untrusting of putting effort into repairing an alliance or joining if I'm not the AA Owner. However you can keep trying to dig your way out of this hole you're in without me getting involved, but you have options beyond continuing to dig.
  13. You have a short term memory then, the FCC more than tripled in size in the lead up to the Karma War under my leadership & played an important role as an alliance all in from the start. The only delay in FCC entering was me & our allies deciding where the FCC declaring would best help our side. Ended up being IRON, since TOP wasn't on a side yet & few alliances were able to declare on them without risking causing retaliation from TOP. I wasn't demanding or requesting, just making a statement. Solving ISX's problems would require new leadership able to make new decisions for the alliance, since who is leader matters most when an alliance's leadership is centralized on one person for important decisions. While I do have those who dislike me, I also have allies/friends scattered across the world. I don't expect ISX to take the offer, but they would be better off than they are now. Also maybe you should take your own advise.
  14. I would only do it if I was AA Owner & leader. I would let Junka direct military & Galerion internal affairs. However I would make sure I can't be couped before bringing change. I wouldn't kick Junka or give into pressure to do so, but I would bring about reforms, change the name for a new reign & probably only sign with LSF among their current allies. It wouldhave to be a new alliance with efficient leadership for it to be worth doing. Closer to ISX mergering into Aevum.

  16. I would still be willing to lead the alliance to greatness if you guys wanted to accept me as the new leader & AA Owner; although absent that I think Galerion should show more leadership & step up as the new public face of ISX. Whether his leadership can bring ISX out of the hole you guys have found yourselves in has yet to be seen; although you guys won't know until he tries. I'm not sure if he's been second in command all these years because he's more suited for such a role versus the public face of an alliance or he just didn't seek the top spot out of loyalty; however now would be a good time for him to step up and reshape the public perception of ISX. Being a leader involves more than just backroom negotiations; it involves leading & being the public face of an alliance.
  17. I thought their ranks were already flooded by the world's criminals. Good luck with the rebranding.
  18. I wasn't referring to Neo Uruk when I said those who aren't involved. (The comment he was replying to wasn't aimed at him, even if I doubt he has any say in when Last Call/Kashmir/SLAP will peace out.) If I were to take over ISX; I would probably zero out his infra/tech/land before giving him peace to set the tone for my reign. So he's involved & how you deal with him can shape perceptions, but the opinion of somebody like Maine is irrelevant.
  19. Hard to make out what you're even trying to say. However I never claimed to be deciding how long ISX stays at war with any of the AAs they're currently fighting. Khan will likely keep fighting them as long as he has money, based on his history at least. For those AAs where both sides are interested in an end date, the wars will likely cease whenever they're negotiated to end by the leaders of the involved alliances. Whether ISX has lasting peace and with who will depend on Galerion's leadership & decisions; with how he handles this situation being the first real test of his leadership. A few comments by regular members will have almost no effect & comments from those who aren't involved will have zero effect.
  20. I think you're vastly overestimating how much your opinion matters in regards to the current ISX situation. Whether you decide to post negative or positive things about ISX would have no effect on their current situation.
  21. I think they're just restating their CB because people keep asking about it & so NADC knows where to begin if they wish to discuss peace at any point with NpO. So its to NADC's benefit they know why they are being attacked. NADC & friends aren't doing a very good job defending them; so really NpO doesn't need to give a reason. However since they do have a reason, they might as well state it even if you don't think its a good CB. Whatever NADC's "strategy" in this war might be seems to be failing badly. Haven't seen any great propaganda coming out of them or any reasons for why the Blue Team would be better off with NADC. So nobody really cares.
  22. You have no clue what you're even talking about and stupid comments like this are why few have any sympathy for your situation. You have no idea the role FCC played in the Karma War; so maybe you should comment less about things you know nothing about.
