Haha, signing paper doesn't make you friends. That makes you business partners with a contractual obligation to another signatory. If treaties were only signed between friends who knew they'd never do anything against the other party we wouldn't have some of the biggest events in Bob's history. You keep your treaties, I know who rides with me when the cards are down. I know who I'll dive in front of a gun for, and we don't need a formal mutual pact to state as such. A large alliance? With no academy, and easy access to government? Hmm... GOONS comes to mind. Others may allow a bypass of the academy, but every major AA I know of has one. Kashmir is only 30-40 members. Our entrance process is a simple 72 hour interview process to get to know ya a little better, during which we can easily get you caught up on the changes to CN. Forums are active, and as the IA guy I can guarantee you'll get tech deals and a TC straightaway. There's no war mongering, but we do allow tech raiding.
