The Charter and Constitution of the Confederation Of Independent States, requires the official signatures of High Government, after it has been passed before the House Of Representatives. Therefore, any Declaration Of War between aNiMaLz and the Confederation Of Independent States is Null and Void. The Confederation Of Independent States always seeks diplomatic dialogue in settling disputes.

It is great to see this happen at long last. Everyone at both KoRT and The Prussian Confederation have all worked hard putting this Treaty together! We look forward to working with our friends and Allies at KoRT.

Well said Cerridwyn! A diplomatic solution would have had a more favorable outcome! It is good to know that there are some quality alliances out there that do not support this outdated method of punishment towards players who sometimes fall foul of Rules and Regulations! We all mess up from time to time, therefore help should be in place to rehabilitate the offending player!

It is really sad to see this happen! It truly is the end to an era. I'd like to take this opportunity to convey my best and heartfelt wishes to everyone at Nordreich, and especially to Daisy, who has been an inspiration and for whom I have the greatest admiration, for her professionalism, and making me feel welcome! Good luck for the future to both Dark Templar and Nordreich.

I have to hold up my hands and say that I am to blame by allowing Tom Riddle to join Dark Templar. I persuaded our Higher Government Members that I could rehabilitate him. I felt sorry for him especially because NoR was angered that he was Ghosting them, and carrying out random rogue attacks on nations. I negotiated with the ever beautiful Daisy at NoR, to halt hostilities in order to give him a chance. NoR agreed. Unfortunately, through my misjudgment of the matter, I have let a lot of people down, by allowing Tom Riddle to join Dark Templar. Tom Riddle is unable to understand that the false promises that he made to me, to settle down and obey our rules and play the game properly; could have got me thrown out of Dark Templar. Especially his unauthorized posts on OWF which could have cause Dark Templar a lot of damage, which I take full responsibility for. This whole Tom Riddle situation has tarnished my reputation, which I aim to repair! However, on a happy note; does anyone remember ericcarlson? Now there is a success story, ericcarlson was admitted to Dark Templar. He has been doing exceptionally well, he's polite, and willing to learn etc. He is also a valued member!

I accepted Tom Riddle into Dark Templar, in the hope that we could rehabilitate him, and help him develop his nation. I negotiated with NoR for us to take him on. Unfortunately, things didn't go too well, because he decided to leave Dark Templar. I'm not too sure what his problem is, but everyone on CN should at least try and help him out from time to time, for his own good! He does seem to be displaying this continued pattern of strange behavior of 'joining an Alliance or Ghosting an Alliance, erratic outbursts, and then running to another Alliance, when things don't go his way. When you try and explain things to him, he sees it as "everyone having it in for him"! I would like to see him succeed in becoming a responsible player. Personally I like him and think that he is an interesting character, and he does entertain us. Also instead of everyone wanting to punish him for is bad behavior; we should just ignore it, and reward his good behavior. I think that we should all pull together and offer him as much support as we possibly can, in the hope that we can help him. I'm prepared to offer my help, it would be nice if there are some more players out there willing to offer their help as well!

Myself and others who play CN hold the beautiful Mrs Randalla in high regard. It is an honor and a privilege to know Randalla of that fine alliance The Apparatus! Randalla has been, and always will be the only Leader around that possesses the warmth of a naturally charismatic leader that CN has ever known! I value my friendship and special relationship with Randalla. I think that I speak for everyone, when I say that we all wish you a safe and speedy recovery from surgery.
