Ragnarok is happy to announce the addition of Assassin Order to the Ragnablok line up. We've gotten to know them pretty well since my initial conversations with their leadership and we believe they have a bright future ahead of them.

My nation was originally a member of Black Team. I stayed there during my first 5 months or so of existence, doing trades with a few members of GOONS (initially I figured it was the best insurance policy against getting raided, then figured joining an alliance was even better insurance and joined LIH). After I joined \m/, stayed on Black Team before finally transferring over to White. I like Black History Month just fine, just be aware that Black's glory days were in the past. Perhaps some day that will change. As for Dark Templar, Rok has no issues with them. Perhaps we should chat some time.

The moment that TPF quits its job because its "wants to stay home with the kids" even though the kids are gone several hours a day during the school year which is from August to June, gets fat from eating bon-bons and laying around all day watching "its stories" (aka the CBS mid-day soap opera lineup), and when asked where dinner is when Rok comes from work, decides to throw hizzy about something totally unrelated to food before telling us how tired they are and that if Rok wants to home cooked meal, it can make it itself.

If you are too dissimilar the newcomers will always feel a bit out of place, no matter how much you try to "re-educate" them. 2. They brought us some very quality people who have made some major contributions down through time. 3. Absolutely. 4. Don't merger with someone merely for a NS boost or simply improve your numbers. Do it because you see an opportunity to bring in some fresh perspectives from people trying to achieve goals similar to your own. Communicate with the new members and make them feel at home. Don't forget about the rumors that SF is single-handedly going to attack tC. Because we like 5-1 or worse odds and suicidal banzai attacks and the smell of our own burning flesh. As a good friend in a tC alliance put it, it's funny how rarely perception and reality match up when it comes to tC. The reality is that Rok is allied directly to half tC and I'm pretty sure that the rest of SF is allied to the other half.

Just make sure they leave the recruiting brochures at home.
