[/quote] It really isn't a democracy, the membership does get to vote for Einherjar every other month, but not just anyone can run. Nominees are vetted by the Norn and only qualified individuals are allowed on the slate. Regent isn't held to reelection, once elected the job is his until death or retirement. Regent and Einherjar make the decisions for the Alliance, they voted us in trusting us to make the decisions needed during our tenures. Membership only votes on issues if/when Einherjar and Regent feel it's necessary. Last time that happened was when we accepted terms in Karma. I instructed Sonic to do nothing until he spoke to Sardonic. He spoke to Sardonic and came to an understanding. NebX is still fighting. Just not on a front they aren't needed on anymore.

Should any nation currently engaged with any Mjölnir alliance wish to quit the field of battle they shall be subject to the following terms: [list] [*]They must change their Alliance Affiliation to Mjolnir POW. [*]They must follow the rules of the Mjolnir POW Alliance Affiliation. All nations under Mjolnir POW must abide by the following rules or they will be subject to further attack. [list] [*]Mjolnir POW nations over 10,000 nation strength must maintain 50 cruise missiles at all times. [*]Mjolnir POW nations will decommission all tanks, naval vessels, air craft, and nuclear missiles apon joining the AA. These assets may not be rebuilt while a member of Mjolnir POW. [*]Mjolnir POW nations shall have no more than 30% of their maximum ground forces at any time. [/list] The Mjolnir POW Alliance Affiliation is under the protection of the Mjölnir Bloc for the duration of the current conflict, as defined by Mjölnir, and for a period of no more than ten days after that. Everyone who was looking to line up against RIA has been tracking that nation and the RIA Trade Partner AA. He left your AA 11/27 and moved to RIA Trade Partner as you started rolling nations into peace mode. This morning he moved to KoTR seconds before we attacked him. (After I gave the orders, sheer luck, guess he has something going for him) I have been in communication with Apparatus Gov from the beginning. Your attempt to stir up drama is weak.
