Marshall law has been declared in the more secluded regions and parliament is struggling to get emergency services up to speed. Gurlan has postponed elections and ordered the military to carry out humanitarian operations. The Kazakh market is currently in free fall as well. More arrests made in Kuwait as protesters enter another week demanding Iraqi forces leave the region. 300 armed troops raided a protestor camp arresting over 89 individuals including four thought to be heading the protests. Iraq is determined to hold Kuwait no matter what and in a show of power Iraq ordered a curfew and shut off running power to several homes and businesses for 72 hours.
  6. Gurlan sets time table for elections. In a few months Kazakhstan will hold it's second parliamentary elections and a week later elections for head of state. Elections were suppose to take place within a month after the nation was founded but slow progress with setting up necessary infrastructure and the neighboring civil war in tianxia stalled them. After making sufficient progress with getting running power to most of the country and setting up new water treatment programs. The time has come to install an elected government selected by the people. Kazakh government weighs in on establishing relations with Russia and tianxia. T-80 tank companies within the Kazakh military reporting various problems with the Kazakh model stating while similar to the Russian model, suffers numerous engine problems.

Trench lines were dug around the town's outer edge, ammo dumps placed strategically in the main square for troops to resupply and withdraw to. All vehicles were commandeered to block major streets and machine gun nests were placed over open streets where enemy troops would try to flank the blockades. 450 rebels would be placed on roof tops with Rpgs and heavy machine guns to try and fight off enemy aircraft and rain hell on ground forces. 11. Rebel information and deployment Cherkosy- headquarters 100,000 heavily armed militia (holding position in main base of operations, sending out groups to test Romanians around Kiev for a weakness in their defense) Poltava - rebel eastern command 50,000 (preparing for possible Russian offensive and support of Kiev campaign) Kherson - southern command 25,000 (ordered to hold position and defend port, receiving shipments from illegal smuggling operations in Mediterranean) Romny - northern command 10,000 (deployed throughout north eastern region assigned to harass Belarusian and Russian forces)
  12. With the Ukraine force destroyed after the Belarusian attack, makarov decided it was time to turn up the stakes. Aerial bombardments had only given the rebellion more support from the locals and taking advantage of the situation the rebels began training more troops tontheir cause. Pockets of insurgents would ambush the Belarusian forces in the north whenever the opportunity presented itself. With the rebels out of bonbass the Ukrainians prepared defenses along Russian controlled Ukraine including more mines, trip wire bombs and ambush points. Sharpshooters were aligned to kill as many Russian troops as possible interrupting patrols and stressing the Russian soldiers however they could.

  14. The rebel attack on the Russian forces turned into a bloodbath, of the 14,000 sent 3,452 came back. A disasterous first engagement in the open against Russia practically put all cells near the Russian border to fall back into central Ukraine. In retaliation several road bombs and even land mines from the old Ukrainian army were placed on the roads to catch Russians or unlucky citizens traveling in eastern Ukraine going into the central mainland. Feeling Belarus is a weak point, makarov ordered 2,500 insurgents to begin ambushing Belarusian troops coming in through the north believing they would assist Russian forces against the offensive. Surprisingly however, no Belarusians crossed the border explaining perhaps why anyone survived the slaughter. Kiev was the prized jewel in this conflict and Romania was in the way, makarov ordered 10,000 rebels to begin a series of viscous raids and ambushes against Romanian forces camped around the city. Gun fire would rattle constantly alerting locals that war had returned to the city. The objective was to find any of at all weaknesses the Romanians had in their defense of the city. Civilian vehicles are being confiscated and turned into machines of war for the rebellion.
  17. Iraq will not be attending this meeting
  18. Russia had proved to be a tougher opponent than expected, isolated cells in the country were ordered to probe and launch regular raids on the checkpoints. Unarmed agents would attempt to slip into Russian territory and receive pipe bombs from drop off points detonating them near police stations, military personnel and even schools. The donbass region became a dangerous warzone. A reward to shoot down Russian uav aircraft was pushed heavily by the rebels to get Ukrainians not involved incentive to join. The success on Belarus meant the rebels would launch more attacks on Belarusian Ukraine. Armed with ak47s, Rpg7, hunting rifles and homemade explosives they sought to slaughter as many Belarusian troops as possible.
  19. It started out small at first, random bombings within Russian, Belarusian or Romanian territories in the Ukraine. But over time it had become a problem. Being broadcasted over several radio and television stations, an unknown group had made it's voice heard. "Hello citizens of Ukraine, I am Dimitri Makarov. Just like you i was born to this country and belong to this land. My home was Kiev prior to it's eradication by foreign powers. Our home is full of this filth, and everyday we lose more and more to them the Romanian, the Russian, Belarusian it doesn't matter all strangers taking what is ours. I ask all of you to do your duty to the homeland and fight this disease. Your country calls for you, it weeps for you and you owe it to fight for it's freedom. As for the foreign dogs who watch or listen to this, you will suffer greatly for invading this country and dividing it up amongst yourselves like conquering warlords. We shall remove you, and wall our borders with your dead" Hours after the broadcast a series of bombings and ambushes on Russian, Belarusian and Romanian forces were launched. Hit and run tactics were employed by several armed men and women the area unclaimed by any nation was now being run by a large army of militia ransacking old Ukrainian military bases and foreign posts for supplies. After just a month in office the Iraqi army steam rolled into Kuwait forcibly annexing the territory into the republic where iraqi troops occupy it to this day. 22. Gurlan was looking toward tianxia his thoughts weighed heavily on what was occurring, at that point he realized his guest was also looking out the window, "apologies, I often let my mind wander. I suppose your right about the difficulty of shipping goods to Japan. We could see if the Russians would be interested in railing it off but that would become a third party expense. In any case, it would be wise to take the alternative route until peace reigns again."
