How do you read the individual alliance war stats? Is it something like this? (alliance is nuclear)(comparison of strength of nations at war in each alliance)(link)(total number of active wars)(unsure what this is)(change in total alliance score)

But won't it be impossible to enforce that rule now? How will you know who is a legitimate other person and who is just a second account??
