What do people hope to gain by claiming they won in a clear defeat? What is the motivation for this flavor of willful delusion? I really want to know. No you see if you enter a war it's because the other alliance is SUPER POWERFUL and stuff. But according to some people's perspective, this is clearly a shift of our resources from terrible alliances like R&R and MXCA to focus on real threats like NPL.
