  1. A possibility to come to a mutual conclusion/agreement is only possible if both sides discussing it are at the comparable level of intelligence in a certain proximity range to each other. Reading the all above I give up and there is no other way but just a brutal and senseless bashing. No offence meant, really.. just a fact of life I guess.
  2. Looks like a good war. Except "Peace Choice", who are obviously are reluctant to fight :awesome: , the rest look quite formidable. Don't worry about departed members. Your selection process was just quickened a bit - the weak will perish, the toughest will survive and improve ;)
  3. If even you didn't know, you've been told straight away it's wrong. Instead of fixing the situation, your Leader Caladin decided to proceed anyway. There is no united hypocritical mafia in TE, as a matter of fact it's divided in a few groups with a different approach and those groups would fight a lot sometimes to sort out their differences. Thats exactly where some common ground had been worked out - like what is fair in declaring wars. Variation in estimates is huge if you go from one old alliance to another, but what you did is definitely a NO-NO and you've been politely pointed out it was definitely wrong. If somebody from TE in some way does condone you - it's only due to some political games. Any serious established TE alliance know you did the wrong deed. You're a new gang, who just barged in and decided to install your own rules and in response to the counters you just trying to bring in more muscle power. You're transferring your SE habits and some primitive knowledge of TE to the TE affairs and you are going to fail. TE is a completely different animal. You are complaining about dogpile? It's the same like a criminal would complain about a few policemen tackling him. You've decided to ignore a friendly advice, now pay the consequencies. As I said before - in any case, TE would lose yet again because of your lack of the common sense. The inability to admit a mistake is not a sign of the maturity in your government. Seen that, been there. You came and you'll disappear in a round-two as a power, even if you don't see it yet, unless you change your approach. That's another free advice of mine.
  4. I second the sentiment about NDO. In the past I've had them as add-ups a few times and they never had hard feelings. They are not hypocrits and they are saying what they are thinking. The niceest people out there.
  5. Cowboy is getting higher and higher popularity ratings. Might consider running for the president as well :ehm:
  6. Sadly, wisdom isn't popular and other human traits prevail. What happens - happens for a reason. Amen.
  7. You see, Caladin - here is a problem. On one hand, you deserve a praise for introducing new members to TE, which is very important. On the other hand, this war is far from being fair. NDO are nice people, you know. Most likely you and your alliance are going to pay for that sooner or later and as a result, most of the first time members from your alliance would never return after such bad experience. So, both your alliance and TE in general would lose potentially good players. It happened like that many times before. I always regret when there are new TE members, who are not getting into established alliances like Citadel, where they could be taught properly, but are joining such new AAs with some mismanagement :awesome: . As a result, many old AAs are slowly going downhill and new alliances like yours most likely would disappear - and every time I'm considering it as a loss for all of us. I'm not bs-ing with you here, I'm genuienly concerned. I only can give you an advice: admit to yourself it wasn't the right decision and approach NDO to peace out immediately. Good luck. Edited: spelling
  8. I remember you've been in OP for a while, Caladin. Could you please tell more about your new wonderful alliance? Nice to see you starting with a grudge. Welcome
  9. Yes, statistics are very close, just to add up a few more: 13 Manhattan Projects, 2 Strategic Defense Initiatives and zero of CIA in Citadel ; 9 Manhattan Projects, 8 Strategic Defense Initiatives and heaps of CIA (from my 3 targets 2 have them) I'm sure more Military Wonders would pop up in the Avengers - they have slots available. Citadel might get a few more closer to the end. Well, considering all the mentioned above plus an obvious difference in "elitism" levels, Citadel can expect nothing but a thorough beating - but we didn't build for fighting the Avengers - it should've been done in a different way of course. Blame the evil Kitty Princess and $100 Mln start up money lol However, we'll try to sell our "lives" dearly. o/ destruction
  10. Oh, I see. Was it the Avengers you were afraid of by starting a war in the middle of the day? Tsk-tsk
  11. Good to see old trusty NDO being back in force. GL NDO and TPC.
  12. Somebody is feeding you the wrong information, my friend. With me or without me, it isn't our policy to keep Citadel artificially low. All theories I'm aware of are due to one simple reason: Citadel members are all humans, not robots and RL interferes sometimes, hence certain delays or visible procrastination or the rush. Thank you for explaining it with figures, Ahmad alMansur - I don't remember the figures from the past lol
  13. Boy, I definitely didn't miss that OWF bickering lol To whom it may concern: all Citadel members posting here are expressing their own views as each Citadel member is entitled to. I'm leading this round, so... Cheers to all
  14. Great environment for rogues. You can screw somebody, reroll and get your $100 Mln back in no time. 4-5 turnovers during the round? Crazy.
  15. You must be having a lot of extra time on your hands to keep arguing here, StevieG lol Btw, I'm visiting TE next round, so be afraid he-he
  16. Thank you. I'm not working on the primitive level you are describing. Alliances level is much better. As to your bragging about your fighting abilities - I fought you before, so calm down. You are a relative noob here and don't understand the basics and that's about it. As me being "hurt" by your insults of Citadel - I'll deal with the alliance you will be in, I'm not interested in your nation.
  17. I've asked which AA are you in, that's all. Can you comprehend my English?
  18. Your special definition of Citadel bullshitting out there every time has been noted..and yes, it will be remembered, since you are addressing the entire alliance here, while my remarks and the remarks of others had been referred only to you personally, not to the alliance you are in. Are you still in Misfits?
  19. You've lost your bet here. Also, stop discussing affairs you have not a tiniest clue about. I'm not going to give big speeches here I'll leave you all with that in mind.
  20. Please don't listen to them, leave SDI as it is. There always has to be an element of some uncertainty and surprise imho :smug: A lot of nukes like it was before - 20/25 - is really boring. To restrict the number of nuke launches per day? If all thwarted - bad luck? What do you think?
  21. Nukes are fine; the down declare range has to be narrowed.
  22. The real "old guard" in TPC gov. are bibliophile, Double 0 Thirteen and Kegkiller ;) Surprised to see Kegkiller back in the official government after such a long time being on the sidelines. He's been my only true mentor in my early days, who played a great deal in shaping my style and the way of thinking. He could've done so much more if kept staying in the leadership..but RL rules. o/ Kegkiller
  23. Thank you for welcoming me back, guys. A weird feeling of having no authority though lol. Bomb, you better recognize us
