Seems to me kind of like this:
Canada: United States you're a bunch of chickens! You suck!
United States: Okay?
Canada: Yeh, we'll see whose better let's duel!
United States: Sure, okay. (to wife) Honey? I'll be back in 5 minutes.
Canada: But wait, there are some rules.
United States: Okay, like what?
Canada: Well you have to get rid of 4/5 of your military, you're not allowed to use planes or artillery, and any other advantage you have is off the table. Then, we'll see who's the stronger man!
United States: *yawns* (to wife) Nevermind. I'll be in for dinner now.

How do we have free will if God is all knowing? If God knows what we are going to do, then in what sense are we free?
If you are about to choose to marry person 1 or person 2, but I go into the future to see that you married person 2, do you still have that choice to marry person 1 or person 2 ?

I enjoyed that a lot.
My only suggestion would be to try and lengthen it a little, have some more development of the characters and plot. But I think you have the workings of a good short story there.
