Depending, if the treaty would have enabled Polar to win a war, I would say it's a good treaty. If the treaty would have bandwagoned either sided into a certain doom, it would have been an awful treaty. We've seen so many of both kind on treaties on Bob.

TOP-Polar treaty promises to be the best and the worst treaty this year? While this was uncomfortable for so many, I still think it was a great one, turning the tides on Planet Bob.

Funny, for MHA and MI6, the number from the column "War's Declared" is OK and to compare it to TOP we must take TOP's number from completely different place to make it smaller by 1/3 ? Once again, if you want to spend your time on presenting a case how horrible we are, at least get your numbers straight. But clearly we're an awful alliance, I don't argue that. NPO upper tier should roll us before we send more people into peace mode.

289 total wars or 183 offensive wars - either way Rota's math doesn't add up to 189. Furthermore s/he used number of total wars for the rest. If you guys want to spin something out of this, at least do it correct.
