This is easy. Doitzel. Without him NPO would still exist today. He took down NPO and fundamentally changed CN. As for physical damage, I'd say DaleGribble from FAN for surviving so long and launching so many nukes, even if he fought a little dirty and deceiving, I'm pretty sure he went further in a single war than anyone else including Diskord. But I don't think anyone has survived as long as I have without going into peace mode, nor launch as many nukes in a 60-day period and having all of them hit with precision against even large nations over 10k infra.

I would just like to thank Karma for aiding Vox while fighting against our enemies. It's a huge help, more help than I ever asked for. Thanks again. I owe a great deal to Karma.

The surrender terms for NPO should be: $10 billion + 200k tech paid out to the alliances of Karma. And no less. I calculate it would take them maybe 2-4 months or more. But it would save them their death and it will test their willingness to repay the damage they have done to CN and a shot at living again. It would also ensure peace within Karma because of the mass-coordination between NPO and Karma. Otherwise, continue the war until they are off the top 40 alliances.

Took some real guts to do what was just done GGA. I believe your alliance has changed and will become a very respectable and trustworthy alliance in the new CN.

I just can't get enough of Valhalla members boasting of how much damage they did in a war they had days to prepare for in their own surrender thread! It's golden. What does that prove? Valhalla is strong? Don't mess with Valhalla? Valhalla is irrelevent now and the numbers prove they did little to damage to the overall power of their enemies. Those 8 alliances that attacked Valhalla are still relevant, and hold far more power in determining what Cybernations will look like in the future, while Valhalla was beaten to a pulp and holds very little trust and respect within the CN community, or at least those who matter in the CN community. I also noticed not a single Valhalla member had the guts to go kamikaze and follow my Rogue Guide against its enemies. If Valhalla had a few nations attack weak no-SDI nations in Karma (which existed and were not in peace mode), then sell a couple-thousand infra to decrease their overall score, then they would have done far more damage. Instead I saw Valhalla full of its arrogant members refusing to sacrifice some infra for a greater cause, and instead holding on to every bit of infra and tech they had thinking they knew what was best for themselves and not for the greater good of their alliance and what it fought for. You could argue I did the exact same thing in the BLEU war, holding on to every bit of infra and tech. That is true, it's also true I did far more damage to my enemies than they did to me, even when the war system enabled others to attack those at 50% of their NS. But I never boasted about it in the surrender thread! Instead I went straight to the issues and pointed out the lack of CB for the war and how the terms were unjust using well-thought out points.

The other faction is going to have a hard time against Mogar since he put Boxxy in his avatar. And who could hate boxxy, we all love her. So yeah, I'm bandwagoning and going for Mogar.

I remember when Sparta was born. It was at first a laughable moment since the movie 300 came out very recently before. But now they are #1 and serious players.

I honestly think NPO, alone, deserves no less than ZI for all of its members or disbandment. The fact that they aren't even cooperating with any offers for surrender terms this late in the war, and their plans for a second wave of attacks is more reason why they are a threat to Karma now and in the future. So white peace is out of the question unless the leaders of Karma are really going to trust NPO and NPO won't post a threat to any Karma nations for at least two years. And we know the NPO propaganda piece of "Karma will just be liek NPO for sending us to ZI lulz".... no. Karma will be just like NPO if they sent NPO to perma-ZI and PERMANENT-ZERO-TECHNOLOGY. Being ZI'd once and being over with it is not perma ZI. And we know NPO kept attacking even after ZI to accomplish Zero-Tech. What NPO did was forever war on its perma-ZI targets even after these targets were ZI'd and were bill locked and in no way able to pay bills. NAAC is one example, and up to last week, NPO had nations attacking nations carrying the NAAC flag.

Hope it lasts another 3 years. Unfortunately Democracies do not last long. That's why Republics are best!

Well he's obviously trying to avoid being declared on by switching his AA. He may succeed, who knows. But now that this thread has brought it to everyone's attention, I think his chances are minimal.

No, it's actually a big deal if you knew something about warfare. He changed his AA so he could evade being declared war on tonight and run to peace mode. If he runs to peace mode, he'll most likely do the exact same thing I did and attack the lower ranks of an enemy alliance, most likely launching more than 20 nukes at many, many nations, and do a considerable amount of damage. I'd hate to be one of his targets.

He's trying to escape to peace mode tonight. I've done the same thing and it's not very effective when you're a high profile target like that.

This is a rare event indeed. I don't even recall the FCC ever making a DOW before in the two years I've been on CN.

The highest I've seen it was at 14,000+ in the UJW if my memory serves me right.

Untrue? That doesn't prove my statement untrue, you're just stating something I explained, but adding further detail. And no attempts, that I know of at least, were made to "fix" this problem that happens once or twice a year, which I never implied is a terrible thing when this game isn't exactly intended to be a commercial investment and/or liability for the admin. If the admin believes it is not worth the cost to "fix" it, then that is fine, it's better than having more advertisements but a more sustainable server for all of the traffic that comes in so few times.
