1.
Same. Maybe they haven't seen our pleas yet.
Your pleas have been seen and dutifully ignored . In all seriousness it just was not something even high on our radar at the moment, sanction isn't what it used to be especially when we are currently only 16th.
 2. As Proconsul of the Legion I definitely say Unknown Smurf, at best is three sheets to the wind on this, this was neither intelligent nor funny. I find it unfortunate that a member of Legion would post something like this on their own in a desperate need for attention. It would seem that some lose the concept of their actions and how it reflects not on themselves but on the Alliance they are a part of.

We in the Legion also appreciate the concern all non-combat parties are expressing for our, and Planet Bob's, interests. In the future we hope that same left-handed compassion is expressed during any potential conflicts and negotiations those parties may have as well. 4.
And you had better get it cleaned up before you get stomped again.
Yes, it would appear having the most valid CB in the last two years defeating Tetris and only asking for them to surrender without imposing reps was far to harsh. I will have to reflect on the error of my ways.
 5. So Tetris has refused to surrender (with no reps or any additional terms) and end the war for three weeks now and it is the fault of NSO/Legion? This amuses me

 7.
...this is still an unconditional surrender.
I have no doubt you guys will try and play the terminology error out as such but it is not. The referenced AA would not leave unless Tetris was out, I made very clear that Legion wanted nothing except a surrender from Tetris which they did not want. Since they did not want that the other AA's didn't want out, the semantics of trying to say a "condition" being put on Tetris was talking about what would have already been tentatively agreed in part of the other AA's isn't a condition as a normal way things line out when items like this are discussed.
 8.
I'll put it as plainly as possible for you: If that's what you want from Tetris, we won't allow it. If that isn't what you mean, denounce your previous remarks and plainly say so, because you're digging yourself a hole.
You are reading snips from logs and not the entire conversation, I said very plainly and explained what I had ment (both here and in the logs). What you are missing from the conversation are the dominoes and the context. Simply put IAA/BTA/NsO stated that Tetris was the first domino for them all, hence my statement being referenced. When Tetris was out then we could talk, as in the logs we were asking for the surrender of Tetris. Once Tetris was willing to surrender or other possible arrangements agreed to (proposed by Lowgain) then we would have to talk about everyone else.
And again, as I explained to you in query, we aren't interested in this ending just yet.
Others in the channel asked what it would take to get NSO out that night, that was the answer nothing more.
Not according to the logs I have. Tetris didn't come to you at all:
This was in reference to the original contact not the talks friday night.
 9.
This isn't even believable, since at a point only a few days before you'd made clear that you wanted to ask for reps. That's a condition, fyi. Now you back down in public because you realize that you really, really overreached pushing for that kind of surrender.
You seem not to be able to read very well, I made our position officially clear Friday, not today in public, you where there after all. Tetris came to us after "offering" white peace wanting to know where we stood, I told them where we stood at that time as they were asking alone. If NSO wanted to know where they stood all they had to do was ask.
 10.
At one point in the whole history of mankind has Unconditional Surrender meant "Surrender without any worry that we'll demand things from you"?
I believe you are trying to reference "at what point" which would be today's current geopolitical climate starting in 1945 where unconditional surrender is governed by NATO and the UN under various conventions. This is in general has turned to surrender with out condition, as it was used and intended there-by, if your were actually interested.
 11. I made the error when typing it out both here and in the logs Friday, I had wondered why there had been so much fuss over the modern term when it was used and the need to explain it out as without conditions. Though through my error I am sure that is the only item that will be relayed in the posts below, as they will not read my correction nor its meaning. I am sure much fun will be had of course.
 12.
That's a bad idea. Maybe we should have a chat. Or did you just use the wrong phrase?
In the case above I am using the term as dictated in modern times: The Surrender referenced is a surrender without conditions. We are not asking for a surrender with no guarantees as noted in the text below explaining no terms/reps/etc, this was explained at the time of offering. Edited the original post to include the proper terminology in the current state and not the current terminology of the current geopolitical world.
 13.
Well - the consensus amongst the general membership when they learned of Legions demands for a full surrender and reparations; we take a page out of FAN's book
I woke up this morning awaiting logs of scandalous texts, maybe one of our Minister demanded something I didn't know about, maybe some delicious fake logs. NSO government had been trying to perpetuate the notion that Legion was demanding reparations from them (or to a lesser extent their entire coalition) so I was in anticipation. Unfortunately, to my complete disappointment I find week old logs of an interaction between myself and Lowgain that everyone had seen a couple days after there taking place. It would seem in your need to misrepresent the quoted conversation you overlook one simple and quite glaring problem. At no point was anything ever stated in any form or fashion about NSO, at no point during the above was any demands of NSO made, as a point of fact NSO/NsO in any utterance was never noted. If this is your smoking gun that is going to make Legion back peddle you are sadly mistaken, more to the point the reparations asked of Tetris were never even substantiated beyond the vague term being used at the first correspondence. If NSO had approached Legion and asked them to comment on where we stood they would have logs of their own, obviously they don't. I understand your need to try and misrepresent these logs as some type of reparations demand to an AA that was never mentioned given what our official terms that were offered on Friday night. I am quite sure if you try and say it enough it will magically become true and everyone will believe you, but its just not going to happen. The Leader of Tetris asked us where his AA stood and what our thoughts were, I answered with where Legion stood in relation to Tetris, but as always you are free to keep making up whatever you need to in order to survive.

If you wanna delve into that Friday meeting tho, we can look at the threats from your LoSS mediator towards Tetris should they not accept the terms given by Legion; or how he stated in the middle of the channel he was actively trying to get a certain treaty cancelled on our side ... Good times ...

Why has Legion got a LoSS mediator?, surely LoSS would be on the other side should this continue to escalate?

I see you are again crafting your propaganda based on complete fabrications so that you have something to try and spin, I expect the truth actually does hurt. The mediator from LoSS took it upon himself to call us all into an impromptu talk (with the assistance of members of your coalition), LoSS (or rather this member) had his own agenda and allies to look after. As I told youwish (when he asked) as well as Varianz, I, nor anyone from Legion called the talks. Although you have all the logs and know this, but again why bother with anything that resembles the truth when you need to misrepresent what happened in order to try and change perception. Concerning Tetris in the above, If a member of LoSS threatened them I am quite sure Tetris as a sovereign alliance is more than capable of defending themselves or taking it to LoSS Government and is simply not a matter for Legion to be involved with. I did not see a problem with the "peace" talks on Friday night. Everyone of importance was involved to some extent and Legion made an official offer of terms to everyone. I know that this may go against what you are probably trying to pass off to your members or the OWF as a whole of our "demands" for "reparations". Just so everyone is crystal clear and there are absolutely no need for NSO's unique interpretation allow me to let everyone else know as well: Terms offered to the Incompetence Extravaganza Coalition on (Fri Oct 21 20:00:41 2011) : Tetris: Surrender NSO: Surrender NsO: White Peace IAA: White Peace BTA: White peace That is it, no further terms, no reparations, no hidden agenda, no lulz, just simple words to be posted in a forum. Those terms were deemed unacceptable and rejected by the above AA's, at no point has Legion demanded reparations from NSO. The Legion respects any Alliances decision to keep fighting and if any of the above involved in the war decides they wish to further discuss peace they are more than welcome to simply ask where they currently stand and why, if anything has changed. Edit: Made to correct to what was offered more clear to everyone as my terminology is for modern terms based on current political conflict and not the current war between Tetris-Legion. Romano's post below contains the original term and my post below that explains the meaning there-of. My apologies for crossing the references between the inside/outside worlds.
 14.
Well - the consensus amongst the general membership when they learned of Legions demands for a full surrender and reparations; we take a page out of FAN's book

Legion lying to their allies? Why I never.
Yes, there certainly is lying going on. As the person representing Legion when a peace offer was discussed last Friday, I to would like to hear these dastardly reparations that I have demanded during that meeting.
 15. Drop for Legion, the 140k Merc left cause we don't give membership access to them I also see the drop for NsO is due to there leader joining there applicant AA

When Pollard: Speaker for the Heavens (former) of Tetris was contacted concerning the matter and asked if the government of Tetris supported his actions:
[13:16] <Pollard> Tetris fully supports Hereno
On September 28th, Pollard created his own thread from the originally acquired spied information furthering the above attacks on the sovereignty of the Legion and her private forums. On September 29th Lowgain contacted the Imperator of the Legion; Totem, in order to supposedly offer an "olive branch". Unfortunately these offering were never realized and can only be viewed as petty deception in hopes of stalling what must come. In recognition of the attacks on the sovereignty of the Legion and her people, we do hereby declare a state of war on the Alliance of Tetris. As this was an aggressive action willfully perpetrated with the support of the government of Tetris, All alliances that enter in defense of their action will be treated as aggressors and dealt with as such. The Legion does not enter into this lightly and has explored all avenues of diplomatic resolution. The public dissemination of received information from the act of subterfuge and espionage can not be tolerated, nor can the act of government sponsored protection of person(s) involved in said act. 17. your second, is incorrect (it was 40k) much like most of your posting on the subject; an exaggeration of events where everything conveniently is Legions fault while NSO plants a rose garden. As for the "huge" numbers in PM much like every AA at war over this time we had people rotating in and out of PM after war to stabilize and reengage, and changes day to day.
 18.
"Quick surrender and peace" means 2 straight months of war in your books I guess. And we didn't want anyone to be our meatshields. We never asked you to declare in defense of us or anything, all we wanted was for you to carry your damn weight in the war, something you weren't doing from peace mode. I'm sure you felt all big and independent telling us you wouldn't leave peace mode, but it was cowardly as $%&@. There was nothing stopping you from coordinating with the rest of us outside the forums- all the other people in the coalition somehow found a way to do so, why not Legion? NSO and NADC coordinated a couple waves of attacks, NSO and NPO, I think NPO and Invicta at one point, etc etc. I guess Legion were too incompetent to even get on IRC if you had that much trouble.
You seem quick to forget NSO was in PM as well as you play your victim card. While you seem to love to say Legion hid in PM the fact of the mater is we are a low NS AA and everyone from our side put there 40k+ nations in PM. Unfortunately the big bad Legion you are making us out to be just did not have that many nation north of that line 10 months ago (we still do not) which really pokes holes in your argument. I am sure you tell yourself these things to keep up some form of bad guy so that NSO can rally against, after all its been 10 months you have to do something right?
 19.
They refused to hit MK in defense of NPO, !@#$@#$ up our entire coalition strategy. The retarded "focus on GOONS" plan can be laid solely at their feet. Then, they hid in peace mode until it became clear in negotiations that they wouldn't get peace (or would be paying ridiculous reps) unless they came out.
While I am sure you would like everyone (especially your own AA) to believe that it is quite simply a fabrication and you know it. The "coalition" was a joke to begin with after changing leadership multiple times, starts and stops, and no communication if you were on the outside of the private forum. This last bit alone led AA leaders to leave the NPO ordered PM earlier (including NSO) to get a quick surrender and peace. It was made clear from the beginning we were in it due to our treaty with NPO, NSO would not accept this and demanded they be defended by Legion even when Legion was still in PM awaiting coalition "orders" that never came until like everyone else we just said screw it and left PM. NSO never let up on how they wanted Legion to be their meatshield and cried about it when we said it was not going to happen.
If you are really that upset about it, you can either declare on us or work with us to bridge those misunderstandings and clear thsoe bad feelings. I've already displayed at least some of us are willing to do so. Holding onto a grudge won't do you, or us, any favors.
While Kzoppistan would like to speak for the Legion making statements such as this, he does not. It would be wise for him to remember that fact in his stay with us. As Proconsul of the Legion I however do speak for us, so allow me to make a statement: I would not beat NSO with a wet chain if they were on fire. I believe that ties our views on each others AA's up nicely.
 20. Unfortunately changing government members doesn't excuse the actions they have progenerated.
 21.
Or perhaps because everyone is wondering you may just want to say it publicly, and clear the air once and for all.
Everyone is welcome to continue to wonder, unfortunately it is not everyone's business. Making gratuitous grandstanding drama announcements is not something I have any necessity to do, I will leave that to others who better need the attention.
 22.
Legion gets cancelled on by NPO in large part for being AWoL most of the war (and I can tell you I also wanted to know where the Hell they were, because they literally disappeared from the coalition forum and channel)
This seemingly is brought up more and more, which actually confuses me, especially from people who were in the private forums/channels during the war. If you or anyone else really are at a loss for what went on between NPO/Legion send me a message on IRC with your questions.
 23. Its doubtful that other Legionnaires will post and the ones that do will take a white knight position due to not understanding what the original intent was. I do find it unfortunate that the government of Tetris would support the dispensation of private forum posts, especially in the form of being used as errand boys for someone else's lack of fortitude. Overall though I have yet to see anything posted that could be considered scandalous, I have stated far worse opinions of other AA's as Proconsul in our forums. TBH this barely even ranks as proper spying as the SS where taken by a proxy account with a low accumulation of posts and only base member masking. More to the point of the OP though, despite reading the posts above that clearly state no one cares about the Legion. Quite a few seem to have a desperate need for our attention any way they can get it, some I would say bordering on obsession it would seem. It is truly unfortunate.
