Having been OA's protectors since the beginning, TPF was deeply saddened to hear the news of this disbandment. We wish nothing but the best for the individual members of OA in their future pursuits on Planet Bob Now down to business: The Ordo of Aquila AA and all her remaining members will remain under the protection of TPF for the period of 30 days from the posting of this announcement to allow them times to find new homes. Any attack on their membership during this period will continue to be viewed as an attack on TPF so hands off.

[/quote] While I can empathize with some of the concerns mentioned in this response, I believe you are missing the point of what Woody was asking you in the first place. The question here is not one of whether or not you (or any other alliance on "your side" of this war) views the Gre/IRON conflict as a "new war", but rather whether or not you feel that the TOP/CnG war is over. Considering that peace has been secured for the parties everyone on your side entered to defend, and an agreement has been struck to compensate the aggrieved parties in this matter, most rational people would consider that to constitute and "end" to that war. If that is the case would it not also be standard to then release any parties whose only terms were non re-entry [b] until the END of the conflict[/b] from those sets of terms? Now of course you are free to hold the opinion that the TOP/CnG war is in fact not over. But being that this was, as your side has stated numerous times, a defensive war, it would raise the question of who exactly is Gre defending [b]at this point?[/b]

[/quote] I believe you are completely missing the point he was trying to make there. The ONLY meeting we were even informed of was the one that was supposed to take place in #era_fa. As Desperado pointed out, we had 2 representatives in that channel from TPF. This is also something that you are well aware of because you were present in that channel. A 3rd party moderator (Dr. Fresh) was agreed upon and brought in as well at the behest of representatives from TGE. No one ever informed us of a channel move or a switch. We found out hours later that talks had occurred in a different channel, and terms were agreed upon. So to say we were not there, or furthermore to imply were we unwilling to discuss peace is completely disingenuous. We tried at least 5 times since the outset of this conflict to get meetings together with the parties involved to discuss peace. If anyone on your side had wanted us in the channel where the talks were actually going down a simple query or the name of the new channel posted up in the chan we were actually present in waiting for talks to happen would have easily got you waht you supposedly wanted. But I am sure taking the word of a member of an alliance that TPF is not even allied to as the gospel on our policy outlook on the peace talks was far easier.
