GOONS outnumbered Kaskus and Mongols 4 to 1 in the ranges between 33k and 15k 4 to 1 Let's repeat that again 4 to 1 If they're ineffective at 4 to 1 while getting their aid slots filled with aid from their allies, then they really need have better preparation. Wonders or not, outnumbering them 4 to 1 should be adequate to keep nations in Kaskus in eternal anarchy. They've so far failed to do that spectacularly.

Wow... GOONS, are you really that bad at war? Even with millions of aid flowing to you from Umbrella, you still can't take on 40 small nations? Do your members really fear losing infra that much that they're not willing to take on a few "fully wondered nations" (let's face it, there's only a bunch of them)? Pathetic GOD did much better against Ordo Pardoxia, and they didn't have to call in SF (even if it was probably warranted, given the people involved). This is embarrassing.

No it's not. Quite often, there are people in an alliance who's only purpose is to send tech to large nations.

While your form of governance within your alliance works for you (however it works), it definitely isn't something for everyone. While your alliance is very old, there are other equally old alliances that have achieved far more and enjoys a far greater profile than yourselves. I'd say that they'd be a better model to copy and learn from for people looking to change things in their alliance.

Depends on how large your nation is. But as Zoom said, on average, 1 backroll/sled/collect. They're pretty easy to recover from.
