We decided to mutually bond our nightlife to ensure the quality of the coming parties! Article 1 : Non-Aggression Both the signatories agree to never commit any acts of aggression towards each other, whether that be military attacks, spy attempts, or flaming on forums. Article 2 : Information If any signatory acquires any information in a justified manner that they feel could possibly harm, or benefit the other alliance. They should do so swiftly. Article 3 : Aid If any signatory goes through some rough times and needs some help. The other is to come and help whether by setting up tech deals and such, or just by sending aid. Article 4 : Mutual Defense If any signatory should find itself in a defensive war, the other is oblicated to stand by their ally's side, whether that be sending them aid or info, or entering in open-warfare. Article 5 : Cancellation If for any odd reason any signatory feels this treaty no longer expresses the relation between the two alliances and would like to dissolve it, a 72-hour honor period must be upheld before the treaty is void. The Unforgettably Loud Pact Preamble: One day, the League of United Defense (LOUD) and the Lords of the Unforgotten (LotU) met each other at a party. They decided to exchange numbers, and hung out several times over the next few weeks. We decided, later on, to write this thingy to express our mutual Article I: Behavioral Rules LOUD and LotU agree to never egg, tee-pee, or burn down each other’s houses. We also agree that we won’t pick each other’s cars up and move them onto the person’s yard, simply to piss them off. We also also agree to not damage each other’s flowers, bushes, shrubberies, trees, garden gnomes, and so on. We also also also agree that the destruction of mailboxes via metal bats is not only below the belt, and utterly not classy. Article II: Moolah LotU and LOUD (GASP! Name switch) agree that they will give each other appropriate gas money, after being driven around town at random times. We also agree to loan each other a couple of bucks at the store, if somebody needs an extra towel, or the sales tag was wrong. We also also agree that sometimes, you gotta do what you gotta do, and yeah, we’ll help you pay for it. Article III: Neighborhood Watch LOUD and LotU agree to join up with the Neighborhood Watch and help keep criminals from being criminals. We also agree that should criminals be criminals and attack us, in any way, shape or form, we’ll all send them hate mail together. It’ll be like a party. We’ll bring the beers. Article IV: If one signatory were to come under attack. It will be considered an attack on the neighborhood, and therefore, on the other signatory as well. They must help them out, whether it be by trying to talk the attacker down, giving the other signatory their guns, or beating the crap out of the attacker themselves. Article V: Moving Every once and a while, you gotta do what you gotta do. If you gotta do something like moving out of the neighborhood, well, it’s time to part ways. LOUD and LotU agree to a 48-hour long fare-well party period, before this little piece of paper officially becomes void and can be put through the shredder. well, these are by far the highest terms i have ever seen. They would be considered harsh terms to ANY alliance, but the NPO. For no alliance has done what the NPO has done. No alliance has forced so many people out of CN, and forced so many people to re-roll, and forced so many alliances to disband, and caused so much grief to all of CN. You only knew brute force and injustice for so long, now, when you are on the receiving end, you call for mercy and democracy. These terms are not harsh, they are among the most righteous CN has ever seen. In order for there to be justice, is for you to pay for all the harm you have caused others, which is actually more than the terms offered to you. They might be high terms, but the ratio of the terms to the alliance is much lower than most of the terms you have offered so bluntly, they cause way less harm than what you have caused others. And in order to fully understand and appreciate these terms, you must understand what karma really is, and what it stands for. It has been stated more than once, that Karma is merely an unofficial coalition of alliances, that is not fully correct. Karma is the spirit of all who have seen harm from the NPO and their allies, and they are many. It represents all those who were brutally beaten down and attacked by the NPO. We are all a part of karma, all who have suffered due to the NPO. And Karma must not budge on terms, these terms are the only righteous terms to be offered, and by modifying them you will let down all who have fought in this war for sake of paving the way to a better future. To the NPO : To be fully serious with you guys, look at it from an objective point of view. when you look at the terms offered to you, and the terms you offered to so many other alliances before, they're not that bad. Even if you don't like the terms, what are you gonna do about it. Everyday you stay in PM, you lose money, money that you can use in the 14 days of war or in the reps to be paid. You, who have fancied yourself invincible for so long, now hide in peace mode. You, who have forgotten your allies so many times before, now stand alone. Judgment Day is here, how will you deal with it. Will you spend the rest of your money hiding in peace mode? or will you stand up to the occasion and go down fighting. Save what dignity you have left, and try to gain some back. Abandon your past beliefs, stand and fight, live with honor, or die with honor.
