To be honest I think a large part of the no surrender attitude in TOP stems from the fact that we know we are hitting back as well as the precedent of terms set forth by these alliances. If you're going to be hit either way, you might as well hit back and hope it hurts.

Probably not astronomically higher, the total number of wars is only going to decrease as time goes on now

Its too bad I've had a nation sitter for a couple of days due to extremely intermittent access/traveling (2 13 hour flights in under a week), as well as a couple research presentations and a grant proposal

For some reason I don't think the other 18 alliances TOP is at war with will necessarily agree with these terms
