But nations don't have an infinite supply of nuclear weapons, which is why I noted the length of time that has passed. You can only buy a maximum of 2 (if you have a WRC) nukes a day, and if any of your targets have an SDI you're lucky to hit even that many.
remember FAN? (don't mean that in a bad way, just that if you get a group of people who are dedicated enough, they can cause trouble)
 2.
So they're actively avoiding sanction?
we used to try to do that (then vox came)
 3.
did they know before or after the cards were dealt? (there's a point to that question) If they knew before the strike, does that mean that Gov consulted with membership before they decided whether or not to pre-emptively strike C&G. And, if they did (which would suggest that the majority of TOPpers voted for war), how can one claim that C&G was the threat in this case when your entire alliance(provided a yes answer to the previous questions) wished for war? And when I say wished for war, I mean not in the context of strategical maneuvering for this conflict, I mean as an aggressive action that C&G "brought on themselves" for past grievances (said Crymson).
in a case of opsec- the government is not expected or desired to release a target prior to the declaration. That is not to say the alliance didn't support the purpose of the war (aiding IRON/NpO-yes really) but the alliance as a whole did not have knowledge of the methodology for war entry
 4.
Considering that the effects of Crym's actions hurt our allies and caused the entire world to go to war I would say it is indeed everyone's concern. Of course I wouldn't want that to be mistaken for Sparta interfering in TOP's internal investigations, but Crym abusing his power (in my opinion) is as much as issue for us as it is for TOP given the results of the events. I do have one question though if it is as all possible to answer...does your membership even know what went down?
Yes, Government transparency is extremely important to TOP, almost every winning platform in someway includes a way to increase the transparency of our government for the GA
 5.
just a query, knowing crymsom's massive dislike for C&G, will he ever be put into a position again where he could act out his innermost dislikes, bearing mind that his actions could always have the suspicion that it's motivated by his dislikes.
should he decide to run again, the TOP GA will decide this fact Step off Crymson, afaik he'll not be running for government again and the decisions prior to this war have eaten away at him quite a bit We voted for him, he did what he thought was right, as an alliance we face the consequences, you'll be hard pressed to find someone within TOP who is angry with Crymson, maybe disappointed with the situation we find ourselves in but that is not Crymson's fault it is all of ours
 6. Join TOP, we have nothing to do with this silly war
 7. To be honest I think a large part of the no surrender attitude in TOP stems from the fact that we know we are hitting back as well as the precedent of terms set forth by these alliances. If you're going to be hit either way, you might as well hit back and hope it hurts.
 8. about $5 a month, so every donation really does go a long way to helping him keep the service up
 9. good luck Mr.Cyber, good work on the site
 10. I've been using sharkspace and liked it quite a bit of late http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=854983 is a pretty solid deal from what I've seen so far
 11.
If you meant "did we act on it", then no. However, discussions within Citadel.gov during, say, the GPA beatdown were mostly the FCC and Gramlins people lambasting the NPO and donning tinfoil hats while Saber and Reyne tried to make it sound like the NPO was the victim and it was right and just for TOP to assist their best ally. The bloc dynamics were really $%&@ed up until enough of the fire eaters had been bled out of the FCC in disgust (both at Citadel politics and FCC internal politics, which sort of fed each other). So no, we didn't commit to overthrowing the NPO (though for most of us Citadel was formed to ward off threats from TOP's best ally). But a some of us were as angry and concerned about it as the people who came together to beat the crap out of the NPO in the K War. A fortuitous conclusion that is being undermined by this current war.
TOP's best ally throughout the era of the real Citadel (probably could say Citadel ended with Karma war) was Gremlins, and entering the Karma war was more of declaration of our unity with Gremlins than anything. (despite GRE declaring on a close mdp ally)
 12. TOP requested many times that this be a non-nuclear war
 13. Probably not astronomically higher, the total number of wars is only going to decrease as time goes on now
 14. Looks like HoL is responsible for the whole war
 15.
Bi-Polar - Fighting loltex and jstep. Nukes flying, alongside plenty of strategy and coordination from both sides. Right in the heart of the war and having lots of fun with them. So yeah, this one.
The first few days were fun. Its too bad I've had a nation sitter for a couple of days due to extremely intermittent access/traveling (2 13 hour flights in under a week), as well as a couple research presentations and a grant proposal
 16. For some reason I don't think the other 18 alliances TOP is at war with will necessarily agree with these terms
 17. Sad sad day, one that had been coming for too long though
 18.
There goes 2nd place!
Hopefully not for long
 19. I'm proud of the member number sustenance by the TOP/IRON/NpO/TSO/NSO side despite the odds of the war
 20.
valhalla isnt even in the war
that is not true
 21.
I love how white peace is signed and everyone goes back to fighting days later. I say we just abolish white peace because people are abusing it now.
or not using it well... for some reason I have the thought process that if NSO had been allowed to leave the war, NpO would not have reentered to defend TOP/IRON/TSO alliances who have had a rocky past with NpO at best
 22.
Is funny how people are easy to change their opinion here, they go from love to hate and vice-versa in light speed. That's funny.
trust me, everyone in TOP always wanted to love
