As I recall the last GGA gov that joined them, they made him Director of Intelligence in less than 2 months. Infer what you will about either alliance.

Unallied and unaware that a great war was going on during GWI, although I did get declared on during that period. Somebody attacked me with a cruise missile, I retaliated with a cruise missile (the sound effect scared me pretty good) and peace was sent to me the next day. Sat in PM during GWII but helped coordinate the LoSS victory over CIS. Was declared on by GOONS leadership prior to GW3 to force me into that war. Was leader of LoSS at the time. LoSS fought VE, while I fought Helsbecter, banned member, and banned member! Never got knocked out of senate range and had a war chest big enough to last me through the whole war.

There is such a thing as signing a contract under duress, under which circumstances the contract is declared void. Although this presents an interesting scenario... Either Moo agreed to Moldavi's emperorship and staged a mutiny after transfer of power, which would not make moo a legitimate emperor via the NPO charter Or Moo was forced into transfer of emperorship under duress, and thus potentially voiding the transfer and Moldavi's right to the throne, but has shown himself to be possibly weak and easily coerced and controlled. Either way it is an interesting part of the NPO's history and is certainly a significant event in CN.

I tend to believe Ivan more or less couped moo, while moo more or less threw a mutiny. Both have the same outcome but with different paths traveled to reach them. I also think that it gives striking insight to the personality and methods of both players. unrelated, Mr. Moldavi will you please visit me in my IRC office.

In the grand scheme of things I say that nothing significant has occured. CN is as for most of its history always been. There is a ruling class headed by the NPO with less powerful blocs cycling for power. I did really enjoy GW2 and GW3. I thought the attack against GPA by the NPO which was also the first test of SkyNet (now U01), was a significant in terms of my personal contributions to the game and a failure in terms of supporting the might makes right mentality of the strong, something i've always championed myself against.

Who are you? Because surely a member of the NPO would have more gratitude for the person who designed and updated practically every method and system in that alliance. Your entire military, recruitment, trade, and communication system is based on my ideas. Your emperor has personally thanked me for my service and started hailfests in #npowned in my honor. So the next time you decide to critisize my choice of allies and my accomplishments why don't you contribute something more than your mouth to this world first.

Alot of things happened during that war that people are not proud of. If I recall correctly several members of the LoSS gov left to fight with you. There are honorable people in this alliance, but instead of trusting their leaders they trusted their people and their people decided they didn't want war. Remember this? I faced a similar situation in GW3 where I would have gladly followed NAAC to the end. The people wanted different and that is sometimes what must happen to preserve the alliance. LoSS has been on the end of a beating many times for its allies. It may be a different culture there now, and perhaps I am responsible for that change. Regardless of the events of the last war, there are people there that I have shared this game with for the better part of 3 years. People that I have lead, fought with, and sacraficed for. I trust LoSS's leaders, the leadership of MK, and other allies and friends that I have made over the 3 years I have been a part of this world. I am back and committed to helping my alliance prosper and those that I share kinship with. LoSS is one of those alliances, MK is most certainly another.

haven't bothered to read the other posts, and i'm sure it has been asked/suggested, but why a life long probation. I think a probationary period is a great idea, but lifelong? I'd rather support the creation of a set of mandates for suggested punishments for various crimes in CN. I think a combination of ZI followed by a reasonable cost amount of reparations during which the offending nation be on probation would be a much better system. For Example: Spying(not using spies in game): ZI followed by payments of 1M for each week spied What reasons do people get ZI'd for anyway? I know there are a couple alliances out there that are pretty ZI happy, but I hardly recall any good reason for ZI'ing someone. Most the reasons I see tend to be trumped up and appear more associated with boredom/personal vendettas, ie ZI because we felt like it.

It is good to be back in this world and it is even better to have old friends that can be depended on in a time of need. LoSS, one of the oldest alliances in the game is full of such friends. Neither I nor IngSoc can express fully the gratitude and respect we have for LoSS as an alliance in this world. But I can try... Thank you LoSS for giving me and this alliance a second chance. Thats right folks, I've returned and so will IngSoc. IngSoc has indeed fallen on some hard times but efforts are being made within all ministries to correct short comings. Expect announcements in the coming days and weeks as well as a steady increase in membership. IngSoc will actually be celebrating its 1 year anniversary this April and we intend to do so as an alliance on the right path. I recently noticed something strange with regards to CN nation, specifically that of Koona. There are others, but he is the oldest example. His nation ID is 257916, except I know for a fact that his ID used to be 435. The strange thing is that his nation age is listed as 1/24/2006 I recently remade my nation and my new ID is 306533. I would like my nation age changed back to 2/27/2006 since this appears possible. Another curious thing that I noticed is that with Koona's new nation ID, his nation would have been created on 8/25/2008. I find it to be impossible for him to have gone from a new nation to the 8300 infra and 3576 tech that he has today. Was his nation restored after a deletion? If it was restored, I would like my nation to be restored as well. The last existing record I have of my nation was from 8/12/2008. On that day I had 9704.81 infra and 2851.76 tech. I also had over 300M saved, but I do not have the specific amount.

I think a large part of the reasons for war was the removal or destruction of a group of alliances (not talking about every UJP alliance) that based their success on the ability to antagonize others. This was done in several ways, the most forward of which was tech raiding with very dishonorable tactics. Instead many of them have gone down their own unjust paths.

Should or could the GPA have done more to avoid the great hippie masacre? (ie be more neutral ) If the NPO never joined CN who would be the most powerful alliance? Who is your favorite former member of Ronnin? What do you think the reason is for all of the small alliances in the game? How has this affected large alliances? Do you agree that with the destruction of GOONS, FAN, and \M/ that tech raiding is no longer in the public eye but still happens just as often? If so, is this a benefit to the game? Preceding most Curb stompings many alliances abandon their allies, but this rarely happens with large alliances. Of exceptional note is Echelon and MXCA leaving BLEU in favor of 1V. During the last war many alliances and especially MK made alot of propaganda images. I made a few pieces with direct reference to Moo and the NPO. Some propaganda is meant to be funny or serious. But most are meant to evoke thought and specific feelings. What are your thoughts on these pieces? Do you find them serious or funny? What is your opinion of the propaganda effort by all sides in the last war? Is there any piece in particular that stands out?
