There is a number next to the Global Radiation Level so it goes like this 5 (41) the 5 is what you experience, that 41 is the real number. As that number lowers after the war you will still gain nothing until it starts to drop below the 5- I am unsure on exact figures however I believe that it only drops .5 a level per day on a good no radiation adding day. Hope this helps.

A Non Aggression Pact I believe explains what it is designed to prevent. You have chosen to break it- if they were not "real" relations with TPF than why did you not cancel this treaty ages ago? Why even sign it to begin with? Once again, the problem is that KARMA insists that they a morally right and the other side is wrong. Admit you are no better and then go on killing each other. The arguments used KARMA states are doing the right thing is utter nonsense- this is proof.

The point is not if they should or shouldn't fight. PC DoW on TPF which broke a NAP. That is what is called dishonorable. Conjecture from a turncoat. This broken NAP is fact. I realize that word does not mean much in CN, but in this context it is very important. You make statements that you cannot back up. Keep things civil. There is no need for this, and it proves you cannot stand on your own without your stories.

Make no mistake, this is not a "no war" discussion. It is the dishonorable way that PC choose to get their war. Once again suggesting a DoW on a alliance you have a active NAP is honorable is insane. Yes, they broke their word to gain a war. If PC felt that TPF was not worth their relations "for months/years" as some put it they could have canceled the pact. You could even suggest that this is dishonorable and pathetic... Sounds like someone is trying to derail a topic. I have seen this tactic used by you guys many times, but every time it doesn't matter. The whole tactic you use to gain popular support in CN is saying the other side is dishonorable. This moral high road is now null and void.

Okay so... you committed a aggressive act to break non-aggressive pact, but are somehow honorable. Please say this I want to quote it. Interpretation of treaties does not matter- it is a active NAP that you broke dishonorably. The funny part is there is a double standard. I guess if KARMA does something then it's "lol they deserve it" but if anyone on our side does a single action the fourms have a pissyfit. You cannot have it both ways- admit that your righteousness is total "BS" and then we can all move on. So don't trust PC's word as honorable? That is a accusation they have been using on our side for quite awhile. The irony is that many of the accusations are not true or have conditions. This is a blatant offense. Just out of curiosity, you call me Mincus- but then try to push wording and legality? It is the breaking of their word that is the issue here. This is the point of all this (once again...) You cannot take the high road when you have committed dishonorable acts. You know you could of, but then you went and tried to say that a DoW is not dishonorable when having a active Non Aggression Pact.

Regardless of the beliefs of PC, this treaty has been broken. Now, the actions after its cancellation (being considered null and void due to aggressive action) occur after the first act which has broken the treaty. Of course a Non-Aggression Pact is considered null and void after you have broken it. The spirit of the document alone proves such a fact to be inferred due to the nature of the treaty. PC, you can skate around the truth all you want- but the truth is you broke a active treaty in a way that you had no right to when you attacked TPF; if you wanted out there was a cancel option. This means that you are no better than other alliances you condemn for their actions. And that is the only point I am trying to make.

KARMA and co have been arguing the higher moral ground in this war. PC making a move like this shows that this is simply not true. It does not matter what your feelings are towards alliances you make treaties with- you honor them. If PC felt that TPF was not worth dealing with than they should have canceled the treaty via Article 3.
