The God of Lightening, our deputy minister of internal affairs, spent the last few weeks getting our top 100 nations to move their capitals in order to give The Legion a IV"th" birthday present. This is a very sad day for our two alliances. Our paths no longer hold the line and that is sad. While there will be those who are looking to place blame, I can say we tried our hardest to reconcile differences but in the end it just didn't work out. Over the Past few months The Legion and NADC have gotten to know one another very well. We decided that our budding relationship needed to be formalized. This treaty is the fruition of that decision. I am very proud that this is the first treaty announcement I am making as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of The Legion. What can I say? NADC has a nice wiggle to them!

Anytime that you would like to actually get The Legion's opinion on the subject, please, feel free to ask. Until then do not lump us into a generalized statement that by no means represents how we feel about NPO.

Can anything be gained by further examining this situation? It is the worst case of "he said, she said" I have seen in a long time. As such, I am inclined to believe Moo and Mhawk but it really doesn't matter, this issue is ludacris.
