I also believe that CMs should go back to causing 10infra damage... I can't rememeber seeing anyone complain that they were overpowered at any time during the games history and that was when there was alot more infra on planet bob than now... Even with base 10 damage, Aircraft can do double that and are reusable... So something you can only buy and fire once, which now only causes 1/4 the damage of your planes... = Pls admin

Hmm, yeah you could well be right, after all why would it write in the db a date where your nation would return to normal, when it already has written in the date you got nuked... Alright I think I'm wrong now... lol

My guess (and it is just that) would be that when you are nuked, it would write into the DB somewhere the date at which your nation will go back to normal. So, if you got nuked, my guess is it would write in the date, and then if you traded for Rad cleanup, that wouldn't update this date. Similarly, once the date was written in upon being nuked, losing access to Rad cleanup wouldn't update this date either.

As for the 'why were they unhappy with this and now they are not' question, Global radiation has recently dropped below 5 again, so your population will start to rise gradually now, which will move your troop percentage, previously over 80%, below 80% as your citizen count goes up. Your land also naturally grows, and you should add 1 new citizen from natural growth every 10 days, which also could have been it, but I'm guessing GRL reduction. Once you rebought troops, you went past 80% again, of your new citizen number, and yes, your people aren't happy with that. Another GRL reduction, some more natural land growth etc and eventually the percentage would go under 80% again and your ppl would be ok.
