There is no official CN channel on coldfront, which i believe is where most CN people are these days. There used to be #cybernations on esper, but its not on coldfront. I believe the most popular channel on coldfront (but dont quote me cos i may be wrong) is #nsa which belongs to NPO and NpO. This thread contains a list of alliances and what their IRC channels are. You should be able to find anyone you are looking for with that.

Unfortunately when you registered seems you have hit a banned IP. There is nothing we can do for you. You'll have to get hold of a network only you have access to and perhaps re-register.

So what happens when you ask for your password to be emailed to you?

I think the point is that the link must be viewable by someone without them needing to register for the site to see it. So if you play another game, the link would need to be somewhere public and accessible to more than just those registered to play that game.

The system is very new and is experiencing some bugs. Make sure the link you have posted works without signing into anything, then leave it about 24 hours then try again. If its still not working post back here and i'll look into it.

You can read the Nation building guide to find some helpful tips on building your nation, and that does not involve joining an alliance.

It should go without saying that the moderation do not implement such rules to punish people, and yet once again we have to re-iterate the point. As everyone knows families were once allowed to share networks to have separate nations, however this was abused by cheaters. There is now no way to tell the difference between someone with two nations and two family members having their own nations aside from you telling us thats the case, and frankly some people have been known to lie. I assure you this issue does not need to be highlighted to Admin. He is well aware of the structure of the game, and if it were possible to allow family to play without allowing cheaters to prosper he would do it. As for your options, your only choice is for one of you to find a network outside of your house.

As thedestro says there is no nation matching your name. If you were deleted by a mod you will have recieved an email. If not you disappeared through inactivity.

Dont gravedig. Your question has already been answered. The rules state you are not allowed more than one nation on the same IP. It says nothing about one nation being accessed from multiple IP's (providing they are not shared by another nation). You can access from your own computer. Now locked for fear of more gravediggers

If you only logged in from his house once and before he even had a nation, i'm sure you will be ok if he now creates a nation and the two of you never share IP's again. As explained we can usually tell the difference between multis and geniune one time events like this. However i would not recommend interacting with him. Just like the rules on nation sitting, if you share IP's you must never interact again.

If i recall correctly i believe this suggestion was already made and is waiting for admin to look at it. Until that gets either rejected or accepted i suggest you use the notepad as previously suggested.

Dutchy i understand you are trying to help out a friend. But if you don't have his password and no way of getting it then we can't help. There is no way of delaying deletion aside from collecting taxes, and no way to collect his taxes without knowing his password. Had you been able to access his account i'm sure we could have granted the sitting request, but other than that all i can suggest is keep trying to contact him.
