  1. The Dragon Empire Sea Tyrant tank made the most noisy underwater ruckus.. fish in the area fled. Sonar friendly it was not, but easily track-able. It come up to where there had been a crack in the dome identified by the sea-crawler on its inspection, if they couldn't fit in the crack, they would move around to what appeared to be a make-shift entryway nearer the bottom of the dome.
  2. "Indeed I am." It appeared a briefcase was handcuffed to his wrist as he left the plane. "And a very special project we've been working on for a very special patient. My nation is behind a bit in its technology so our equipment isn't up to speed. With our many friendship treaties.. I have studied abroad much and know there is a lot that could be done for him.. if only we had the right equipment. So you could say, I'm a bit ahead of my own people. I'm sure you know where I need to go, so please take the lead. If you're uncertain of where I need to go, then I'd recommend to the nation's lead genetic engineering or medical facility. Also, to who do I owe the honor of being my escort?"
  3. ## Radio to Rockport ## Let us know if you need any assistance. We realize this is probably a very silly notice, but if you should.. just ask.
  4. **Top Secret** 10 hours later.. "This is DEF (Dragon Empire Flight) 390. Requesting clearance for landing from Ferinh Airport East tower on the appropriate runway. Code clearance is 4277742, we have a special package. Over." Tower responded, "You are clear to land, use runway 2 South to North Approach path. Follow your indicators, over." "Copy that, over." The pilots glided the planes to a smooth landing and were guided to a special hangar where a special security detail was waiting..
  5. The Sea-Cralwer began to snap survey photos and sonar graphs of practically everything in the area.. its full sensor suite focused on gathering everything it can possibly understand about what it was seeing and relay it using the sea-crawler network and ELF transmission back to the high command of the Dragon Empire for analysis. After taking all the data could about the dome and its contents remotely.. it moved to sit on the side of the volcano.. where it stabilized itself. It began to take seismic measurements to ensure no teams in the area were caught off guard by sudden eruption of the underwater sleeping giant. In the submarine; the order came from Empire high command to deploy the Sea Tyrant. The engineers had turned the turret of the tank backwards so they could outfit the front of the Sea Tyrant with giant pincer-like claws.. it had become a giant mechanized crab. The crew got in.. and the bays to the submarine were flooded. The Sea Tyrant rolled out in the sand towards the giant dome a few hundred yards away making slow speed with the aid of propellers, and special treads with mechanical fin-slits that turned sideways when moving backwards to push against the water then flattened out as they came around the top of the treads moving forward.. generating more propulsion. The plane before them had been sonargraphed for density by the submarine to ensure the tanks wouldn't sink into the sand farther than would allow them to operate. The electric engines hummed away. The 3 man crew was tense, they had a 2 hour oxygen supply and a lot to look at.
  6. "Actually, yes it does.. but if it's this type of domes, keep all surface ships away. It could be an incredibly dangerous sub-oceanic gas pocket." The captain of one of the subs would say.. having seen the ilk of gas pockets before.. just not this big.
  7. A sea crawler in the vicinity had been called down. It turned on its lights and began to float over the domed site. Its cameras turned themselves downward.. kind of like a curious fish, the very huge torpedo/sensor array made its way around the dome doing a constant sonar and visual survielance. The pilots in Tasmania chewed on beef jerky as they watched for anything interesting to come up on the cameras.
  8. ##Top Secret## A diplomatic message arrived in the office of Foreign Affairs in Saboria requesting a specialist visa for one, "Dr. Gregory Karnell", Information Systems PHD, Genetics PHD, Microbiology PHD. The team leader on Chairman Maelstrom Vortex's Principle care team. Additionally a landing time and flight path request for a private commercial jet were filed.
  9. ## Radio Broadcast to the Feederite Force, high encryption level, shared key only## "We have positive intel indicating a friendly resistance force loyal to the Margrave Khendon former Government may be organizing at Christ Church. Please be careful when firing on these positions."
  10. ooc: Camberlain, consider my intelligence odds and if you feel any of this is unreasonable simply let me know. My odds should be 90%+. I think this works in your favor however. ## Within Camberlain## The Order of the Chairman spies in Camberlain pick up some very interesting chatter on the wires.. before the power suddenly goes out. Later they detect radio transmissions about some form of resistance organizing at Christchurch. The information is relayed back to Milcom via highly encrypted radio transmission that almost sounds like white noise. It's rarely used to communicate due to the insecure nature, but this was an emergency. The lead spy was running everything on backup generators in the basement of his home away from home. Instructions were given to operatives to collect information on "the Directorate". ##The Dragon Empire## Hearing of the discord in Camberlain and the missile strike, Anthony Davis moved the Dragon Empire to Defcon: 1. Gave instructions to ready a Fafnir in case it needed to be used. He then ordered that several of the Merchant Marine submarines be commandeered for transport purposes and loaded with an amphibious armored division each. Maelstrom muttered to him through his breathing mask, "If only they had consulted us first.." He let out a long sigh, "Now we must go try to save them." ##Global Press Release## The Empire views the Directorate as the manifestation of the terrorist infestation of Camberalin. We have moved to Defcon: 1 and declare war on the new; unacceptable regime. We will seek to restore the bloodline of Margrave Khendon. We call on all our allies and friends who would stand by our side in this operation to liberate the people of this hijacked nation.
  11. As per friendship treaty, Rockport has free and clear access to Tasmanian Waterways should they need them. Just a reminder.
  12. "This is just a general notice to all friendlies in the area that the DE Military did lend us a sea-tyrant class tank if anything goes awry down here.. so let us know if there's any problems."
  13. *PPIINNNGGG*.. went the active sonar mapping through the water. the pace of the pinging was furious.. they were near touchdown. "BRACE YOURSELVES..." The captain stated... as the ships crew quietly brought the submarine to the ocean floor onto a sandy, clear spot. The radioman sent out a message. "GTI and other friendly forces, this is the Submarine 'DEMS Fatso'. Cargo bay is empty, we're ready to take on load when you are ready to take it up." OOC: Dragon Empire Merchant Submarine.
  14. Update: Correction 955 technology for the Dragon Empire.
  15. The citizens of the Dragon Empire look forward to vacationing near this tourist attraction to learn more of other faiths.
  16. I hate their actions, but not them. Sumeragi could be a really good rper and I think she's making good headwinds, all people have to do is learn how to accept losses without giving up the kitchen sink and how to give losses without obliterating your friend's kitchen sink in the process. It's not that hard to do co-operative RP. Also, if they kept to context, that'd help things, but some do not understand that pushing the envelope of what can be done is a very bad thing.
  17. When I have enough evidence to prove Camberlain's treachery.. it's already happened. And I completely agree with the rest of everything you have posted and am operating on the basis of those assumptions. At least, that's when it ends for MV.
  18. Okay.. just making sure. MV has very real reasons to dislike Camberlain.
  19. This is why we have in game %'s to determine success rates. To determine how well trained.. how proficient a particular set of spies is. Mine clearly outclass Camberlain's statistically. They have been being trained for the duration I have had them IG.. which is at least half the time my nation has actually existed IG.
  20. You should watch who you speak for and reconsider my motivations. You do not know my intent. Only I do and the few I disclose it to. For the record, I co-operated with Sumeragi in my last intrusion into DKT's affairs in a recent intelligence thread.
  21. There is no real rule existing in this area. I think I've forged new territory.. that said, sure, people may say what they will on this. I'll abide by what is developed long as it isn't some weird scale with variables to affect who benefits. Equations are pretty indiscriminate. Forging new territory, is also not god-moding. I'm actually offended I've been accused of it when I tread so lightly on how I do things.
  22. I understand moderation may be burdensome with all the garbage that must be read. Been there, done that. But if you don't try to wrap your head around what someone is doing it's almost impossible to give a fair ruling.
  23. I hadn't brought this up. But you post a statement and no argument. I'd like to point out that with enough friendship treaties it's relatively easy to purchase clothes and materials through trade to use in the purpose of espionage. What's your argument for trying to state this is a god-mode? By the way.. *chuckles* I intend to treat penetration of intelligence defenses on a case by case basis. You're right. I would be insane to treat penetrating just any nation at 90%. That's not what I'm doing here and I think my OP was very clear on this that Camberlain is the target of this specific operation.. no one else. Therefore.. your assumptions are misguided.. save for the first which I don't understand the basis for yet and so want you to clarify. I am starting to notice a disturbing trend where some moderators are firing at the hip instead of reading for content.
  24. Interesting, and they did it without any help whatsoever?
  25. Completely understandable. I've only sent in a team of 11, that is all. I think people are slightly exaggerating the scale of what I'm doing in Camberlain or they really need to re-read the OP for content, not just a skim.
