My sentiments exactly. I'm from an ally of IRON's and they aren't unreasonable people in the slightest. From the screenshots date-stamped 4 February I can sort of see why IRON is upset (since your protectorate started 1 February) however a month is more than sufficient time for anyone to change their tune about something. Godspeed.

I suppose the only way to find out who's telling the truth (between Semper and MisledRH) is to get someone from Pacifica to verify.

I think a good analogy is that of a broken bone. For someone who is younger, if you break a bone, when it heals, the bone is actually stronger than before. And I will say right away that, I will try my damnedest to do my part to make TOOL-TGE relations better. You can all hold me accountable to this, as well.

The problem is, growing to attack the NPO is exactly what the initial screenshots that were posted said your alliance was going to do. You should never have posted that video. Because immediately, when your alliance started growing at an astonishing rate members-wise, everyone assumed that was your intent and there was no feedback from you before the mass growth started to suggest otherwise. Thus, NPO called for backup. And got LOTS of it.

Sounds like you have your head screwed on right then, SF. Except for this part: NOT a smart idea. That will only hamper your chances at peace. In my experience, NPO can be merciful. I would suggest getting in touch with NPO and going over this misunderstanding. Get an IRC channel. Talk. Work stuff out. Sometimes you have to be the one to pursue peace. Also, check your CN forum inbox.

Interesting that Semper Fidelis says that the Jarheads as they were before this war had no intention of attacking NPO, yet here bigblue is with all this talk of getting stronger and what not. Why would he want to do that if they weren't recruiting to attack NPO, unless either: a. there is a rift in Jarheads government or b. one of the two is lying.

Interesting if true. It does seem an interesting coincidence though, that your numbers didn't start really taking off until after NPO had declared war on you. The thing with CN is (in my experience) that unless you are really established, it will take more than typed words to fully convince someone of your innocence. Your best bet is to show your intentions with deeds. And maybe a screenshot or two for good measure. If it is true and you are in fact innocent of any wrongdoing, it is my hope that you will be shown mercy. If this is deception however... :jihad: you are in a world of trouble. That said, I am willing to keep an open mind for now.

I'd have to agree with this assessment. Only 28 of their members are over 1000NS and a further six above 500NS.

I think this is one of those situations where it isn't a matter of there being anything left, it's a matter of NPO not having enough small nations to beat the Jar-JarHeads on their own.
