As far as letting people know, I guess it depends on whether or not it is just me that dies. My wife and i know which forums we frequent and would drop a message. There are many many people who could say they hold a "legitimate" grudge against NPO. Anyonein FAN GOLD, or any number of small alliances who were given terms so tough they could not survive them. More on topic...I started in peace mode to be a second wave. Came out, got in war, got nuked, made it back to peace mode to get over nuke anarchy, and am back again. Very few people really believe that PM is not a valid tactic. I think it is more that people want to take the piss out of the NPO for a prior stance. Yes, it could be looked at as hypocritical to point it out as well. I guess a lot of people don't care.

No, EZI means you are assuming he will hold grudges so you kill him before he has a chance. I beleive that is wrong. If someone comes back with a reroll and goes after the same people he went after before, and does the same crap...then attacking him again is justified, IMHO. They are two very different things.
