To the Nations of the World: On 27 December 2009, TPF was attacked by the forces of Athens, \m/, GOD, and Ragnarok. I've read the respecitve DoW's from each of these alliances. Quite frankly, your reasoning is weak, and your CB practically non-existent. TPF formally surrenedered to the forces of Karma on 4 August 2009. One would think, nearly 5 months after this surrender, info that was this old would have been taken up with the Government of TPF via private channels before opening hostilities. When TPF was initially attacked by you, IRON asked for mediation of the dispute via our friends and allies at R&R. At that time, IRON was told that RoK and Athens had no interest in settling this dispute peacefully. IRON was also involved in peace discussions the evening/morning of 30-31 December 2009 between TPF and RoK, Athens, \m/, and GOD, along with others. RoK, Athens, \m/, and GOD, after initially deciding they didn't want to talk peace, came to the table after several different incidents were exposed on these forums, and we had every reason to believe they were coming to admit that mistakes were made. Instead of admitting they made a mistake, the attacking alliances demanded an admission of guilt from TPF and a chance to destroy them for another 2 weeks. Later, just an admission of guilt was deemed necessary to end hostilities. TPF was unwilling to admit any guilt in this incident, especially since it had been nearly 5 months since any contact was made with Zero Hour. IRON Supports TPF in this stance. Therefore, on behalf of the IRON Council, I hereby declare that a state of war exists between the Independent Republic of Orange Nations and the nations of GOD, Athens, and \m/, as dictated under Article I in the "We're Making Fun of Someone in Skype" MDoAP treaty between TPF and IRON. I'll state it quite clearly: So long as ODN's current government is in power, the chances of the ODN embassy being opened on the IRON forums are slim to none. And slim just left the building. If ODN wants to keep an embassy open for us, that's their perogative. They shouldn't count on it being used. ODN's government knows where we can be found should they need to speak to us.

However, no amount of anything *I* say will likely convince you otherwise. I will say this: I am aware of some of the back channel discussions. ODN wishes to put forward a particular front regarding this, however, some of us *DO* know what went on. I certainly won't share the details, as it is not my place. Well, first of all Merlin, GGA is an IRON ally. We believe in supporting our allies. Unlike your alliance. Secondly, you have no business telling anyone where they should or should not post. But that can be overlooked. Lastly, your butchering of MCRABT's name is borderline offensive.

I don't know about ODN, but if there's an IRON-ODN Cold War, it's news to me. IRON certainly isn't participating in anything that could even remotely be called a "Cold War" I really don't care what ODN does with their Foreign Affairs. I may not agree with it, but thats my opinion, and it certainly has no sway on ODN. As for the "Non-relations," I submit that considering how ODN treated IRON, ODN shouldn't be surprised if IRON is less than cordial towards them. ODN knows how to find us should they need to get hold of IRON, and there doesn't need to be an embassy to do so. Toodles.
