    When i say uninvolved i mean it in the sense that we were not in that conflict but were prepped to defend our allies if they needed it. You guys decided to be forthright and declare on us preemptively creating a whole new conflict due to the fact that that none of our alliances were fighting in the war that was happening at the time.     It becomes a separate war when you attack a uninvolved party, which you did, since we were uninvolved at the time.

    Well they did attack an uninvolved party with no CB whatsoever, when they could have entered via treaty in the same way.
