I never saw "NPO Cadet" ever used a single time during my stint as a Pacifican, and as a NPO Academy Professor. Pointless add-on which was probably argued over for days, when you could have been getting peace for your membership. Good luck to all alliances leaving this mess behind. Unfortunately I can't shake the feeling that this has yet to go full, or even half, circle.

Yea, no. As an Academy Professor for Pacifica, we are not perfect, we are not that good. We definitely shy more people away from the game than we help to retain due to our high standards. Anyway, moot point, since no one alliance or department of one alliance is going to change the minds of 5k people.

The bigger the better. I think simplifying the Treaties and the Treaty web, changing it up so that a war can happen without it resulting in one side being severely outnumbered, and just allowing the micro alliances to do what they want without fear of being raided would help a lot. Raids are great and all, but they don't help retention.

There is more to our government than the Imperial Officers, and you should know that. I don't understand what the hell you are trying to prove here, WE KNOW AND UNDERSTAND OUR OWN ALLIANCE. If you are trying to tell the rest of CN how evil we are, I think you guys already pulled that one off.

Deja: tl;dr, GDA was offered the opportunity to pay reparations to Sparta for aiding the NPO. GDA bailed at the last second and instead booted the two members. The bottom line, it was a classy move by Sparta not to just roll GDA for it and to give them the opportunity to get out of it pretty easily ($70mil,) but I suppose those members just weren't worth it. Watch your back, GDA membership, don't blink without being told too or your gov't might roll over on you.
