Works rarely for me in FF win7, not tried in XP Most of the time, doesn't work.

Why would they possibly want to contribute to allowing someone who is making war to rebuild faster? That doesn't make any sense?

Some alliances require formal a formal application process, but all require you apply. Look around here for one who says things you like and go visit them, then talk to them about what they need
