One thing that is true in almost any online community is that there is less ageism and less gender bias because you really never know how old someone is or even whether they are in reality male or female or a hermaphroditic Martian (sorry could not resist.) One other thing that I have seen in my near decade and a half as a part of various online communities is that introverts are generally less introverted. It is easier to be outgoing when the consequences are different or when you cannot be seen. No one is disabled. Everyone starts out on equal ground and who and what you become is determined by your behavior. I have seen polite young men be total jerks and reserved women sluts. Now, me? Hmm, I'm either a godless heathen, a secular theist or a pagan in real life depending on who asks. That is true here. I am lawful neutral who really really wants to be a true neutral but kows in heart she will never be and that is true here. And I am an INTJ and that is true here. (very strong on the I and the J) (Which probably contributes to my neutrality.) I'm also into my second half-century of life on Mother Earth even though I am less than 700 days old on Digiterra. I believe you are either mostly yourself, or, as some have said, you make yourself something different. Those who do that have to keep up their role or maybe they become it. Personally, I just get confused when they change two or three times a day. The 'War of the Coalition' had me lost and laughing it changed so much.

One of my alliance members posted this on our newsgroup today. He cannot get access here atm and wonders what is happening. If anyone has a forum account, could they post this under bugs as a question, or answer it here for me. Several months have passed since the last rains in your outlying territories. Your people are now suffering from Drought and your Advisors state that food is a problem and health issues are expected soon. Option 2: Abandon your outlying territories and bring your citizens in where fresh water is more abundant. Land area -10% Before choosing I had just under 600 mile diameter (586.XXX), and after, I have 447.397 mile diameter. That's pretty close to 25% and I don't think I have enough modifiers to make that much of a difference. I just bought 4 miles to see if it would give me 5, and I still only got 4. So I don't have modifiers that will give me that much extra land, and am trying to figure out how I lost so much extra. Sadly, the forums are not accepting registrations.
