I wanted to vote but in one category, nothing quite fit and it will not let you vote in some and not all. I've been a small very democratic alliance where no one did anything. I am now in a very large alliance that is basically a republic and has some membership requirements, BUT no military one and I like that. You did not give that as an option so I could not vote. I prefer to be neutral and not be involved with alliances who choose war over peace. I may be a nuclear power and have a decent size military but that is my choice, not my alliance's requirement. As they say, walk softly and carry a very big nuke.
