Also that is just one person's argument, it's already been posted in this thread but there is 2 or 3 different ways for IPs to have shown up in these logs now.

PS: Delta I am surprised to see you posting here, as you yourself had stated that in your absence TS and Hyper had blown this so far to hell and back that it was creating a PR nightmare. Sad to say but you were the only halfway sensible RIA gov or ex-gov member I dealt with in the past 3 months.
