Your nation was deleted because you're only allowed one nation. Read the game rules and then recreate your nation. If you create more than one nation again you will be permanently banned from the game.

This is really hard for us to answer. It varies from college to college and there's no way we can keep track of them all. Talk to the IT service/tech staff at your university and find out how their IP system works. As mentioned in the thread, it's very hard for us to verify if two players claiming to be two players really are two individuals and not one player trying to trick us. The best advice on how to survive is to make sure that you don't have two nations on the same IP.
