With the threat of war, armies coming together and weapons being built, the leader of these two great alliances had to act fast. Both leaders were sure they might get ambushed, so spotters were placed around. And if an army was spotted they were to hang a lantern. One if by land, two if by sea. With the army coming by sea, both leaders mounted on their horses and meet at a secret location to set up this lovely Peace, Intel, and Aid Treaty. That they like to call The Emergency Order at the Orden. Peace OO and MO agree not to attack one another, in case an attack is made upon either reparations will be made by the offending alliance in due time. Article II. Intelligence OO and MO agree to share any information that may be considered harmful to the other within 48 hours of the information being obtained. Article III. Aid OO and MO agree to share any wealth with the other if requested, but it is up to the other to approve of the aid. Article IV. Cancelation If either OO or MO feel this treaty is no longer beneficial. they may cancel the treaty with a 72 hour notice prior to the cancellation.
