Subtleknifewielder
We hereby propose streamlining this organization a bit more. Like, a bit of centralization. However, nothing to cause someone to give up freedom and sovereignty shall occur. The possibility of the loss of the oA, is also another proposal. "Perhaps a chairman/chairwoman could be elected. In times of clear and present danger, this chairperson could theoretically call for war against a government that is showing a clear belligerence against one or more member nations." Maelstrom Vortex
"Based on our previous experiences.. a little bit of centralization based on an set of elected officials by member states is an ideal organizational concept. The Empire would not mind lending its expertise in these affairs in the organization of such a state and offers its constitution as a source for inspiration of concept and design." Tidus noted. Imperator Azenquor
"Buryatia hereby informs the AUP General Congress that our government has extended arrest warrants for all members of the former government of Chernorussia. Accordingly we ask for the cooperation of the AUP in seeing that these wanted criminals are not permitted to utilize AUP territory as a safe haven. We also seek the express assurance that any information pertaining to the individuals in question is expeditiously brought to the attention of the Buryatian government."-Buryatian Rep. Minilla Island
The Government of Minilla Island inform the AUP body that they will be monitoring the situation in Golgotha intensely, as we are getting scores of refugees from that island due to PRC's aggression. We hope that we are not on our own.

Gee, PL and us should really feel confident.

You are basically saying as long as their aggression is out of Asia, they can be aggressive against anyone anywhere else. So, since two of your allies are in Oceania, meaning us and PL (via AUP), we should just accept the aggression since we are in Oceania? Is that what you are saying? That is not twisting, it is a point of fact.

For every statement I will make, you will or could construe into some great conspiracy. You sir, are paranoid. I fear for your state if this is its official stance on this issue." Tidus concluded. Elrich von Richt
This is irrelevant and inappropriate. AUP member states shall not argue like this in the Congress. Consider this discussion ended personally by Representative Hiiragi.
Subtleknifewielder
The representative from Promised Land looked like she wanted to continue the discussion, albeit in a more civilized manner, but refrained. A note, however, was sent to Tidus. 'I know you are a proponent of freedom and liberty. How can you support a regime that forcibly exiled any non-ethinic Chinese (which they may do to Golgotha), and took away every civil liberty you stand for from their citizens?' ~Tracy Roland

These regimes tend to collapse in on themselves sooner or later, and any intervention on our behalf would only give them the justification they are shouting for.
