Maelstrom Vortex
Human rights activists from across the Dragon Empire have converged on the Embassy to Dragonisia in the City of Dragonisia. They are staging a sit in, blocking off all entrances and exits to the embassy by automotive vehicle to the embassy and blockading the intersections to the embassy at all 4 street corners. A variety of signs and slogans are being chanted, notably present are anti biological warfare signs.. people laying in feign death in the streets with falsified symptoms of biological attack. Signs reading, "Surrender the evil of thy blood!" Under Dragonisian law it is illegal for anything but the local authorities to disperse a peaceful demonstration and only if the laws are being broken. Unfortunately the protest leaders were smart enough to file for the proper permits and had the streets closed.
Subtleknifewielder
Seeing as the protest remained peaceful, and the diplomat staff currently had no issues to discuss with the Dragonisians...it was ignored.

Why would it get bloody? Even in disagreements, relations between his nation and mine have always been peaceful.

Subtleknifewielder
"Oh? I hadn't realized there was a protest in front of that embassy. Our ambassador must not have considered it important enough to inform me. If it does interfere with her ability to carry out her duties, though, we will have to file a protest with the Dragonisian government." Maelstrom Vortex
The Hippies commandeered a massive advertising blimp. They wrote the words, "Sponsors of Bio Terror" on it in big red letters along with the biohazard sign, below that a giant arrow pointing down. They then flew it over the Embassy, blocking out the sunlight. The captain set it to idle there. Dragonisians continue their history of hideous, yet practical, innovations. Firestorm
A tourist from Somal looks up at the blimp and is heard saying, "You know as much as I hate those scum from Promised Land... That blimp is a bit much." He then shrugs his shoulders and joins the protest.

Silhouette
A New Cymru citizen, in Dragonisia on holiday, looked up at the blimp as he walked into it's shadow. He shook his head slowly, wondering how people could be so daft, and kept on walking.
Maelstrom Vortex
An Dragonisian Imperial military helicopter flew in. It tail-hooked the blimp with a jerry-rigged lasso and its jet engines overpowered the fans of the blimp as it began to be hauled away. It was being towed towards the nearest open airfield.
