Both are being built on Beaufort Plaza. When completed, the AITC will become the tallest building in Ardoria and the BoAT will become the second tallest. Several tenants have already signed leases, however most of the buildings are still unoccupied. Building Specifications: Bank of America Tower (BoAT) Antennas/Spires: 1,600 ft Roof: 1,250 ft Floor Count: 90 Floor Area: 1,800,000 sq ft Elevator Count: 75 The Bank of America Tower’s primary tenant is also its namesake, occupying floors 2-21. The rest of the tower is unoccupied as of yet. Skylobbies will be built on the 32nd and 63rd floors. Ardorian International Trade Center (AITC) Antennas/Spires: 1,750 ft Roof: 1,425 ft Floor Count: 95 Floor Area: 2,900,000 sq ft Elevator Count: 80 The Ardorian International Trade Center will become the tallest building in Ardoria after its completion. Two spires with broadcasting and telecommunications antennas will be built onto the roof. An observation deck is built atop the roof and a restaurant and café are built on the top floor. Skylobbies will be built on the 25th and 70th floors. The BoAT and AITC both recently passed the 100 ft mark and are averaging 1.5 ft per day. The Beaufort Plaza Development Corporation has also released rent rates for the two towers. BoAT: 160 Ardorian Dollars (OOC: 1 ARD = 1/2 USD, the rates are comparable to rates in New York City) per sq ft per month (1920 ARD per year). Rates vary per floor due to the building's design. Lower floors cost more due to the increased floor space. AITC: 190 Ardorian Dollars per sq ft per month (2280 ARD per year).
