Then the owner gets to anchor it down and put guns in it. OOC: Well then, I guess you can't complain. We're currently entering DEFCON 3 and have moved 5,000 soldiers, 50 tanks, 15 mobile anti-aircraft units, and 15 howitzers into Niagara Falls, New York. Edit. *Classified to Ardoria and Pravus Ingruo* Scratch that. Sarnia is a threat and a destabilizing force in North America. We will not be recalling those soldiers and equipment. In fact, we will be sending 2,500 more soldiers to the border and 10 more mobilie anti-aircraft flak. Additionally, all five of our Apaches and all 30 of our Cobras are being moved to western New York and Pennsylavania along the Great Lakes. One squad of supersonic strategic bombers (five bombers) and three squads of Su-35 Flanker fighters (eight planes per squad) are also being stationed at various bases in New York and Pennsylvania. They were worried by the excessive militarization of their boarder, how would you react if you woke to fund mines in your water, cannons pointed at you, and soldiers patrolling the other side. A bond that is to be held above all others regardless any other factors. Article IV All signatories will provide mutual support and defense when required in peacetime or wartime. Intelligence and military information available to one signatory must be made available to the other signatory if it is vital to their national security and well being. If one signatory is attacked by another nation the other signatories must come to it's aid. Article V The Signatories of this treaty also agree that their respective military facilities are to be available to each other unless the nature of that base is deemed classified or extremely vital to that signatory's national security. It is rather sad that the founding members refuse to uphold their own treaty. Rebel Virginia, Pravus Ingruo and Ardoria are the aggressors, If you refuse to see this... well, there is nothing to be further said. If the ATO refuses to uphold their charter, at least give the Sarnian Empire the honor of removing them, instead of blatantly disregarding your promise to him, and sitting idly by as he is destroyed by an outside force, along with your own members.
