Mr Director
Ooc: remove poland from the map. I take it that this means that Poland has collapsed :) IC: Classified With the sudden collapse of the Polish state, Belarusian troops would be mobilized quickly and efficiently, with the Ninth, Elevent, and Twelfth divisions quickly moving across the border with the final intent to seize control of the Podlaskie, Masovian, Lublin, and Subcarpathian regions. 50,000 reservists would be mobilized and sent to assist them in the expedition, which would establish a Belarusian protectorate linking Belarus with its ally in Hungary. Public Due to the collapse of the Polish state, the Belarusian military has been forced to seize control of parts of Poland to prevent attacks from ultranationalist and Bolshevik groups. We assure the international community that we have no intention of annexing Poland, and are merely creating a temporary protectorate in the region until the situation can be worked out cooperatively with the rest of Europe. Mr Director
Belarus has 48 hours to remove herself from Poland or be removed by force. Alvonia has been Poland's historical protector and will continue to do so until Poland is strong enough to stand on her own. We once again wish to clarify that this is not an attempt to curtail Alvonia's role in Poland. This is merely our way of ending attacks by Ultra-nationalists and Bolshevik militias operating out of Poland. As soon as we have cleaned them up, we would be willing to discuss a widthrawal. That being said, we do not respond well to ultimatums. Classified Another 50,000 reservists would be sent into Poland. Initial objectives have been achieved. Eastern Poland is now under Belarusian control, and possible sources of resistance are being extinguished. Centurius
It was no secret that wars that started in Eastern Europe had an awful tendency to become global affairs. As the reports from Carthaginian intelligence indicated something was about to happen and that at some point it might very well link back to Carthage the decision was made to make a diplomatic outreach to the parties involved even though they were on another continent. In line with this a message would be sent to the government of Belarus.. To whomever it may concern, War, it cripples economies, destroys empires and leads to the greatest atrocities imaginable. I am convinced that you, just as me, wish to avoid this if even remotely possible. We have recently received word of increased tensions regarding the status of Poland. To aid in keeping the peace the Kingdom of Carthage hereby extends you a formal invitation to attend a conference in Carthage where common ground may be found and a peaceful resolution achieved. If you accept you will be taken care of entirely and you security will be guaranteed by the Carthaginian Defence Forces. Sincerely, Anysus I, King of Carthage

Mr Director
Classified With tensions settling down in Poland, it has been decided that the Belarusian-occupied regions of Poland shall become a Belarusian protectorate for the conceivable future. A military force to protect the area is being put together. The force, which is named the Militsiya, is to consist of ethnic Poles who applied for and have achieved Belarusian citizenship. Equipment is being supplied by Belarus, and the Militsiya is to be considered a part of the Polish Authority, which is the Belarusian-controlled administrative body being put together to govern the area. The Belarusian government has also begun searching for ways to use Polish resources to supplement Belarus' economy. Public There have been several protests by the Nationalist Party over the decision by the Government to allow Poles that reside in the Belarusian-protected regions of Poland to apply for Belarusian citizenship. There is expected to be a relatively large influx of immigrants from Poland due to this decision, and many fear that Polish immigrants will leech off of the Belarusian welfare system, and steal Belarusian jobs. While these fears are not completely unfounded, it is very unlikely that the influx will be as damaging as is thought, since the criteria for receiving citizenship is strict, and only well educated and skilled workers can hope to receive citizenship. It is estimated that Approximately 500,000 Poles will apply by the end of the year.
