The LoSSed Stand

To harbor the secure growth and expansion of The Last Stand (TLS) while
creating new bonds of brotherhood, the League of Small Superpowers
(LoSS) extends its protection and friendship to TLS. In the spirit of
camaraderie and amity, the unwritten tenets of courtesy and respect will
always be adhered to with unwavering faithfulness -- in this way, we
shall honor one another and grow together.

It is under these ideals that the League of Small Superpowers and TLS enter into the following agreement:

Article One: Sovereignty and Governments

A.
Both signatories acknowledge and respect the sovereignty of the other;
this treaty will not diminish or infringe upon that sovereignty. The
purpose of this treaty is to foster and preserve TLS; invading its
governance will not achieve these ends.

B.
To facilitate the following terms, the LoSS government will appoint or
elect a representative advisor to TLS and task him or her with
advisingTLS on all aspects of policy.

(1) This advice will not be binding upon TLS.

(2) At the request of TLS, LoSS will provide a new advisor.

C. TLS will reciprocally appoint or elect a representative liaison to LoSS to facilitate the flow of information and advice.

(1) At the request of LoSS, TLS will provide a new representative.

D.
No acts of TLS shall require the approval of their protector, TLS, save
those treaties and accords guaranteeing mutual military defense or
aggression. All other internal and diplomatic decisions of TLS may be
enacted with impunity from LoSS scrutiny.

Article Two: Military

A.
Recognizing that the first line of defense in Planet Bob ought to
always be temperate diplomatic relations, LoSS will provide TLS with any
diplomatic assistance required in securing peace for the protectorate.

B.
As TLS now enter the complete and enduring military protection of LoSS,
any attack on protectorate is now an attack on the protector, entitled
to the same status as a direct attack on the protector.

C.
If either signatory should fall victim to aggressive actions from a
third party, the countersigned is bound to act in its defense by every
available means.

D.
If either signatory should commit aggressive actions against a third
party, the countersigned is encouraged to support its aggression by
every available means. TLS are strongly discouraged from entering into
an aggressive war while under protection.

Article Three: Economic and Financial

A.
TLS may request financial support from LoSS outside of military need in
the interest of building economic independence and self-sufficiency.

B.
All aid requests will be reviewed by LoSS government and responded to
when they get time . Requests may be denied without justification, but
all must receive due consideration.

Article Four: Severance

Either alliance may cancel this treaty without justification. Cancellation of
this treaty shall require 96 hours notice. Excepting such cancellations,
this treaty shall continue unto perpetuity, until such a time as the
signatories agree it has fulfilled its purpose and mutually dissolve it.

Declaration of Neutrality of the Green Protection Agency

The Principles and Values of the Green Protection Agency (GPA) require
that all GPA nations are legally bound to pursue friendly and impartial
conduct toward all other nations and Alliances and maintain strict
military and political neutrality and non-intervention.



The Signatories of this Declaration recognize these Principles and Values and agree to the following conventions:



Section I - Non-aggression

a. No GPA nation will take part in any non-defensive military or spying action against any other nation.

b. No nation of a non-GPA signatory will take part in any non-defensive military or spying action against any GPA nation.



Section II - Non-intervention

a. No GPA nation will intervene, either politically or militarily, in
any conflict that does not directly involve the GPA or a GPA nation.

b. No GPA nation will knowingly provide financial, military, or
technology aid to a non-GPA nation involved in a war, or a nation whose
Alliance is involved in a declared war. If a GPA nation is party to a
Technology or Donation deal, the aid payment will be postponed, in
accordance with GPA rules, until the war ends, at which time the deal
will be concluded.

c. Nations of a non-GPA signatory will not knowingly provide financial,
military, or technology aid to a nation involved in a war against a GPA
nation or a nation whose Alliance is involved in a declared war against
the GPA.



Section III - Free Resource Trade

a. All signatories are free to establish resource trades with any nation of any alliance and on any Team.

b. No GPA nation may use trade sanctions against any nation unless it is in response to a direct hostile action.

c. No nation of a non-GPA signatory may use trade sanctions against any
GPA nation unless it is in response to a direct hostile action.



Section IV - Violations

a. Nations of any signatory found in violation of any of these
convention shall be subject to punishment in the form of reparations.
The amount of the reparations shall be commensurate with the harm
caused.

b. If the offending nation cannot or will not pay the reparations, then
the nation’s Alliance will be responsible for the payment.

c. Any GPA nation found in violation of these conventions will be subject to additional punishment as provided for in GPA Laws.

Haha I wasn't in LoSS during the Dave War. I was in TTK until just now when TLS was created. TTK warred NG. I was in LoSS a couple years back for a while. :)
