Everyone we declared on was a top ranked nation, and that's how we chose targets. That, along with alliance hoppers/war avoiders that we felt deserved getting hit. Didn't bother decommissioning against Anon because targets also had land and navy. Was going to hold on to it expecting another up-declare to end the round in another two days. And I have been buying nukes. Two every day, for the last 15 days, one a day most days before that. Some of us like launching them instead of sitting on them all round. We had something like 63 assigned targets. 53 minus, say 7 guys, from the top 100, gave us 46. Another 17 from after that. (Even if it was the next 17 nations, it would bring us to the top 117 nations (which it wouldn't be), and you're sitting at 131 right now after being nuked). [/quote] I know I was in your target list range, but I'm saying that under no circumstances do I qualify as a top nation. If I could collect taxes, then maybe, but as it stands I'm not really top. [/quote] No, I understand your point. But with less than 900 total nations in TE, there's not a huge difference in being a top nation or not when we're trying to fill 60+ slots. (60 slots gave us 2 nations for every nation we had check in; we were thinking about going for 90 wars.. could you imagine some of the nations then?)
