I see what you are saying, however there is a huge flaw in your argument. People disliked/went against NPO due to their overwhelming power and the role they took as "the bad guys". However, with GOONS - people are disgusted with their "!@#$%-baggy ways" and their unprofessional ways of handling things. NPO actually had power people were scared of and could back themselves up, GOONS on the other hand have allies they can hide behind while attempting to look tough. In my opinion, the type of hate NPO and GOONS draw in are completely different. NPO's hate is more "Rawr, you are evil!!! Tyrants!!!". GOONS hate is more like "You guys are annoying as hell, please grow up."
