    actually its still .03 per person. were getting close to .04 thought. for example 1 nation with 261 NS is worth .03 score well 1 nation with 323 NS is worth .04 score.

    as i told Cuba: when you guys raided Snowbound you said it was a mistake that we were left of the no raid list. then when you raided Baldr you said you didn't think he was a real member, and that he personally would add us to your no raid list. then on Sunday(several days after we talked) you guys went and killed 2 of my generals. im wondering what mistake was there, i have only been a member of our Triumvirate for more then 2 full years now.

    it looks like RIA might be back on the menu. im sad to announce that General Devon Rasmussen and Director of Intelligence Donald Johnston have been assassinated by a member of DBDC. Flags in im317 will be flown at half mast for the next week in memory of this good men.     no this was something else from before that was a thing. maybe you didn't show in the display all alliances until you hit 20 members. yeah i think that was it.

    they only reached 20 members half way thought this month. i know 20 members used to be key to show up in something but i forget what it was and if it still is 20. my guess is some old stats did not show them due to there lower membership number.

    when i first heard about this i had mixed feelings. RIA has been extremely close allies with NPL since there founding, we are also close allies with NpO. i have come to accept that it was time for my friends in NPL to move on and that they have found a good new home in NpO. the RIA will also be protecting the NPL AA as long as anyone is on it.
