given that ASR is closing down at the end of the year i dont think there will be any additions.

it has been an amazing run Gopher, you have well earned retirement. as to anybody taking over in the future, i would advise against daily updates as its a crazy amount of work. if someone were to take over on a weekly or bi monthly basis that would probably be much easier to do, who knows it could even allow commentary(or guest commentary) to come back.

the scaled down version was hosting on imageshack and linking to there is now banned(or the image just got deleted or something) and Gopher hasn't had time to upload a new scaled down version. im sure he would appreciate it if someone would upload it for him.

its difficult to talk about some of the big stat changes without upsetting the mods.

this sounds all well and good, but i reserve my judgment until l i see large scale deletions of the obvious tech multies and the subsequent tech removal.

i personally have no problems with those rates, thought i suspect the people trading at 0-60/18000 (yes 18,000+ without sending any cash and in some cases getting sent cash) would balk at the idea.

what is a good rate? 6/100? 9/200? or are we talking 9-12/100?

do DBDC, i always love seeing there nations who send out no cash yet magically get 18k+ tech a year.

if they bolted they scattered to the winds, nobody gained close to enough members or score to explain it. even a splinter would have had enough score to break the top 120.
