  1. "Heh, we'll see about that" he said in regards to the Bremen localization comments. "Madame Unicorn? I really don't know that much about her, other than that she's quite the leader for the people Annihilation, slowing building their economic infrastructure and the such. I regret not traveling much in Asia." He let out a sigh and took a bite of the potato salad, it's vinegary twang danced on his tongue.
  2. Tanzband picked up a tablet PC and began to sketch out borders. A few moments later he was completed and smiled to the group. "Heh...mind the crude drawing..."
  3. "Heh, I think we can do a little of both..the night is young", He said in a seductive tone. He reminisced to that fateful morning that they shared delicious pancakes. "Heh...I'd feel terrible feeding you leftovers...let me make you something fresh!" He reached in the refrigerator, grabbed a sealed container of fresh veal and placed it on the counter. Stretching to the upper cabinet he procured a bag of mixed spices and a bag of flour. "Sit back in the living room if you wish." He smiled and gestured toward the room with a large television and stereo system. "I get international channels on the tele and on the radio, so it's all open for what you'd like to listen to." He slowly prepared the schnitzel with care, making sure that every inch of the succulent meat was tender and ready for frying. Meanwhile, he pour lean oil into a pan and let it slowly simmer. "Yeah...this will do just fine" He thought to himself. Twenty minutes later he emerged from the kitchen with two plates of golden brown schnitzel, still popping and simmering in their heat. On the plates lay two whole veal cutlets, German potato salad and a small dollop of cut blutwurst. In his other hand he held a large bowl of apple sauce to cleanse the pallet. He lay the meal on the table and walked back in to the kitchen. Emerging a few moments later with a gaudy, yet ancient looking candelabra and two chilled bottles of Beck's beer. "I though since we're both so far away from home, I'd make you something that is so essentially Bremen, you'll be able to say you're a native." He smiled and pulled out the dinner table's chair for Alyssa. His life couldn't be any more perfect.
  4. He scrolled through the phonebook until he found Alexi's name. "Ah...excellent." He pressed send and waited for the dial tone. "Yes Hi...Alexi? ... Ah good good, this is Alyssa's boyfriend, Felix Hohenzollern.... ah yeah, great to speak with you too...listen, Alyssa might not make it back to the hotel tonight, we'll be seeing the town..." Loud noises of Alexi yelling into the receiver could be heard, Felix just removed the telephone from his ear and rolled his eyes. "Listen...listen...she'll be safe..." He snapped the phone shut and put it's ringer on silent. He nonchalantly gestured and smiled at Alyssa, extending his arm. "Shall we?"
  5. "To hell with rules! We're young and we're in love, if anything you and I can spend the night together walking the river or visiting markets or seeing a show. Gimme your phone, come on, gimme!"
  6. Felix smiled and deeply kissed Alyssa, holding her in his arms. He brushed off his suit, noticing it to be a bit raggedy from it's travels across the world. "Hey...would you mind if we swung by my flat to get some decent clothes? These things are starting to get quite unrepresentable. Besides, we can grab a bite to eat while we're there, I entertained Daniel Boulud--the French chef--last night and I have vast amounts of leftovers, must be about $10,000 worth of food in my dreadful microfridge."
  7. Prussia hereby removes itself from the Central European Union and thus, displaces it's headquarters. The former headquarters of the CEU will be made into an adjunct office of the Eurasian Union.
  8. "Finally, a pact that delves into the common interest of humanity and peace across the planet. Today is hereby a national holiday in Prussia, hereby known as 'World Unity Day'. Today ushers in a new and prosperous future for not only Europe and Asia, but for the World."
  9. Although The Freestate of Prussia will not join the Free German Confederation, Prussian media and overseas observers have had biting words for many who oppose it. One opinion newsprint put it this way: "Racists, the lot of them. They criticize not the policy of an organization, but the potential ethnic group it wishes to represent. They breed an international distrust of the German people, calling them barbarous fools who are not even civilized to meet together in a room together without planning the genocide or destruction of nations. They cry 'Do not trust the Nordlanders', but we say that Germans are not Nordlanders. They whine about a past that many nations are unrelated to and deserve no decry for. No...the racism against the German people since the fall of Nordland is at it's highest ever and with the hotheaded and poorly planned Krieg Empire stylizing themselves standard-bearers of an entire people, it seems that such racism will never be redacted."
  10. Albert Tanzband stood. "In Prussia's capital city, there stands a great building, and the center of German and World politics for nearly two centuries. The Reichstag has stood in Berlin as the pinnacle of German unification and cooperation. Etched upon it's great face, the words ""Dem Deutschen Volke" (To the German People) stand with pride facing the city that the unity Bismarck fought for built. Today, the leaders of the three significant and true German states meet together, not unlike the meetings Bismarck called for so many years ago. Today, we do not discuss the pure unification of our nations, but a unification of policy. For too long, the borders of Prußen, Bayern and Rheinmark have been obscured by Nordlandic policy, petty scuffles for land and poor cartographic survey. Today, let us unify in our policy in the south-west of Germany where our three nations meet and realize the historical and political value of our border regions. May our policies be guided everyday by the words on the Reichstag...Dem Deutschen Volke..." He sat and awaited for the address from the Bavarian and the Rheinmarker.

  12. Heia Varangian! Those who discovered these lands now hold claim to them...
  13. "As these nations are not legitimate and have no known system of government, no, we will not. This is Lübeck's problem, not mine or anyone elses. If there was a sovereign nation with an active government in the area, this would be different. However, it is a protectorate region, one that Lübeck, not the CEU (as it was denied multiple times) must protect."
  14. "It is not the CEU's place to defend protectorate regions that we urged Lübeck to place under the domain of the CEU, yet you refused. You created this predicament yourself."
  15. The Prussian Foreign Ministry Dispatched the following on all Embassy Networked Systems: "The movement of Pole-Czech Coalition into Hungary as liberators...not invaders is truly a commendable action. It is undeniable that Lübeck as a nation and a people were not qualified to administrate or control the Hungarian people and administer their interests. However, it is not Prussia's place to intervene on the actions of sovereign nations--regardless if they are halfway around the world or her direct neighbors. Prussia would like to remind the international community that Prussian Air and Sea Space is sealed off to any and all military hardware or manpower shipments from any nation. If any shipments of military power over, near or through Prussia occurs, it will be taken as a violation of sovereignty against our nation. Tread lightly nations of Europe and the world. -Albert Tanzband"

  17. The Prussian Samoan Diplomatic Outpost echos the sentiments from the honorable Tahoan diplomat's statements. Prussian Samoan naval, air and marine forces will continue to patrol the Prussian seas in the Pacific in order to quell any sort of Aotearoan Anarchist Rebellion from spreading to any other Sovereign lands...Prussian or not.

  22. The old rickety truck rushed down the dusty highway as Oliver clung to the wheel in anticipation. He kept thinking to himself, "Go to the apartment... get the package...go to the apartment...get the package." He looked down at the speedometer and noticed he was going 80 mph...far over the speed limit. "Whoa now...let's not rush here...don't want to attract more attention." He neared the driveway of the motel apartment building that he had been living in for the past few weeks when he took a sharp turn to the ally behind it. Jumping out of the vehicle and climbing the stairs, he created quite the ruckus. To the point where his old neighbor, an old widower peaked his head from his door with concern. "Morning, Mr. Coburn" Oliver said cooly as he tipped his hat to the man. He walked quickly on the metal terrace and unlocked his door. The apartment wasn't spectacular. One room, a mattress on the floor with no sheets, kitchen in one corner and the toilet in another. It was the best he could get for $50 a week, and it sufficed as a place to lay low. A man with a past like Oliver's typically isn't very choosy. He flipped the bed and procured a heavy suitcase and a small envelope. He sighed and began walking out of the room. On his way out, he knocked on Mr. Coburn's door. "Hey Mr. C...wanna help me with something with my car?" He half pulled a fuse from his pocket and pressed the ignition button. They had 5 minutes.
  23. Somewhere in Southern Tahoe.... Sully's Bar was a stereotypical dive along some barren desert road. It's walls were dilapidated and looked like they were made from driftwood and veneer paste, and the bar itself was absolutely filthy. However, you could get a shot of whiskey and a hamburger with a fried egg under the bun for only $3, so it attracted all kinds of trouble. Today was no different. The old jukebox blared a tune from ages long passed while four men played cards in the corner and another sat at the bar, drowning himself in spirits and the company of a stale bartender. "I got this girl beside me But shes out of reach Headlight through my window Shinin on the wall Headlight through my window Shinin on the wall Cant hear my baby Though I called and called" Tapping his foot to the bluesy tune and downing the drink he got up walked toward the swing-type door frame. His cowboy boots and their spurs made a peculiar sound as he walked across the old and dryrotted wood floor. "See you gentlemen next week..." He emerged from the shack and slowly paced toward his truck--a small Tahoe made vehicle, enough to get him back and forth in the pathetic town he calls home. He opened the door and heard a small click to his back and felt the pressure of a gun barrel between his shoulders. "You know I can't let you go boy...you owe this town too much...so just put your hands up Oliver and we'll sort this out like men..." Oliver smiled. "Heh...so this is how men handle their situations, eh? I would assume you'd atleast face me like man..." Oliver slowly fingered his cowboy hat...feeling it's brim between his fingers. The man behind him was becoming frustrated. "Oliver...I don't want anyone to get hurt here...." Oliver looked toward the ground and grabbed the hat from his head and lunged it into the air. Quickly turning to meet his attacker, he grabbed the revolver under his duster and planted three .45 rounds square in his forehead. The wind blew in his hair as Oliver stood and felt the weight of the revolver in his hand. "If you didn't want anyone to get hurt, you shoulda thought first before you pulled a gun on me...you shouldn't have watered down the hooch either..." As the bartender lay dead in the dirt lot near the freeway, Oliver spun the cylinder on his weapon and placed it back into his holster. Climbing onto the cracked drivers seat, he knew that this town wouldn't be very welcoming for long. It was time to go.
