CN should be split into two spheres. Alliances from both spheres can go to war as often as they want to, without dragging the larger powers in. While the larger powers merely play support roles until they feel the need to intervene.

I think that CN is moving in a positive direction. We are getting past the post-Karma order and ideology of "stability" and moving towards chaos. I think that chaos is good for CN because the current order makes the game stagnant, but the order that Doomsphere (if they win) promotes chaos and disorder, which is why I believe that I am fighting on the right side, unlike previous wars where it was always wishy-washy. Why do you think there is more activity in CN during times of war? Simple: the more conflict there is in CN, the more people want to play. The terrible system of one-two wars a year sucks, and I believe that CN should be in a constant state of strife and conflict. There should be hegemonies, yes, but hegemonies should work towards keeping CN as chaotic as possible, much like pre-Karma NPO did.

Alliance forums are in game though. Just because they aren't literally in the game, doesn't mean they aren't a part of it. They are just separate from it.

So there is an actual rule against this. MDoAP's are voluntary, viceroyalties are coerced.

Why did people end viceroyalty after Karma? That's how war is supposed to be, defeating and conquering enemies is how the game should be. Instead of the crap we have now, where enemies are defeated and allowed to escape with their lives, why not bring back viceroyalties?

I just started playing again and I could use an alliance. Here are my achievements in CN: I am a veteran of three wars, I have some low-level govt. experience, I admit that while I have made mistakes, I believe that I haven't done anything that wouldn't allow me to be given a second chance.

I was killed and I will rise again, a different man than I was before. Get ready for the inevitable return.

Even those random events are seen by the majority of people in CN as abnormal.

CN is too stable, it needs more chaos. The problem is people are trying to make it like the real world.
