We will call this the jens rule. You have to be able to send your offer in a reasonable time frame (give or take around 3 months) So if you are one dude and you are trying to send a whole bunch of stuff without your own middle men then I probably am not going to accept your offer. Keep that in mind when you bid.

Hey look. You want to show us up and come knocking down our door to make a statement that this isn't last round. Cool. You want to say that our victories last round were due to really fortunate circumstances and that we had a really easy time getting to high levels of infra in order to do so. Totally true. But if you want to come in here and say TPC are a bunch of cowards who only down declare, avoid war or don't play the game in good spirit. lol Hellas. I don't think you understand why Chess is pointing out the stats. He isn't complaining about the 2 : 1 down declare. He is pointing it out so when we smash you down to size its even more hilarious. BTW TPC not only had the #1 nation last round but also was #1 in casualties. No matter how you try to slice it we are awesome in every regard.

I think 3 days is fair. I support this idea. Suicides at the beginning of the round ruin the game.

I forsee this helping larger alliances then smaller ones. I don't like this idea.

And on the other hand we should be able to declare our own wars and not be waiting flag runners.
