Sure, war is fun, but its foolish to jump head first into a conflict that serves no strategic purpose. I know my own Alliance has taken some knocks over the course of this conflict because they decided not to activate their optional defense pacts. Fact is, I can understand the sentiment. War carries enormous cost and that cost needs to be justified. Be that Justification to deter aggression or else to gain strategic advantage. If the benefit for staying out of a conflict is greater then the benefit for joining it, I think the choice should be obvious.

Hang on, OP is mad at all the Alliances ganging up on those "not in power". Therefore, his solution is to support the fight against GOONS (who are being ganged up on) and concentrate his ire on the Alliances that are not even fighting in the war he is so mad about (Duckroll). I may be new around here but even I understand this makes no sense.
